I AM NOW DEALING WITH MY BANK INSTITUTION TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS SCAM. 100€ IS A LOT OF MONEY.

I bought the belt and the skin device. The belt was kind of disappointing. And the skin device is still on the way, i did not receive it yet. I ordered them together. So after a month, still not received the second product.
There is a 30 days trial so you can send it back if you are not satisfied with their products. I am not pleased with the belt so i have sent 4 mails and filled the form on their website more than once but no reply /reactions !!!!
Horrible customer service if they have one to begin with.

I purchased their £95 LED curve mask. They didn’t send an order confirmation. The box came in unrelated packaging that was not associated with their brand . The products is very cheap Ali express china rubbish . It needs to be plugged in while in use the wire is very short . Not for professional use at all. On their website I now realise there is no police/ returns, contact details. It claims there is a 30 days refund . But no possible way to refund and I wouldn’t be surprised if you return it that you don’t get a refund. SCAM BEWARE DO NOT USE

I was lucky to an extent it seems, the led face mask good quality and works well, I was lucky to received it I realise now! But it comes with eye patches from the instructions but I couldn’t find mine. Have contacted them every way possible and nothing!! The mask comes with detachable Velcro straps that holds it on your face, there’s no way you could get a replacement once they wear out, you can’t buy those straps or the eye patches on the site and no one responds.

Total scam! I order 4 product and received only 1. They don’t reply on my emails.
The product that I did received is very cheap and useless.

I would not even give 1 star more a minus 10. I bought a face red light therapy unit. It is useless and contacted customer service by email and their chat on their website. No reply from them. The product is cheap and they state if you are not happy after 30 days you can have a full refund. I am not contacting my credit card provider as all the reviews prove they are a scam company. They should be stopped from trading. Also the telephone number is a scam, number not known it says.

Product stopped working within a month. I've reached out to the company via email but no response. Disappointed.

The device stopped working after two uses. I am so dissaponted! I am waiting whether the customer service will write back, but after reading these comments I don´t have high hopes :(

I have have reported them through the google feedback (as others have done) and would highly encourage everyone else to do the same. When you find their website on google, there's three dots by the name of the site. If you press on these, you will get a page that will allow you to send feedback to google about the webpage. Hopefully website will be taken down - I think I bought through facebook.

I was about to purchase from them. They supposedly are in the United Kingdom but I decided to email them first but so far no response. I had a feeling this was a scam business, then I noticed this other reviewers negative experience and I am confirmed now it's a scam company. I am glad I did not quickly order from them.
If they reach out to me and I learn something differently I will update review. But as of now,it's pretty evident they are scammers.

Another Chinese company. I bought £80 worth product from this company after reading the 30days money back guarantee. The product was unusable the led therapy light wasn’t working. I wrote to the company 4times but they have never responded me back. Please do not trust the reviews they have on their websites and the 30days money back guarantee. It’s all lie.
Save your money and time, this company is a scam.
