It was fairly easy to shop on Luna and the underwear are very comfortable and stylish.
Look just like normal underwear and feel great on.
I can't comment how it actually hold up as I haven't worn them for my period as of yet.
I will certainly be back to update if the claims are actually true, but so far so good.

Misleading postage details
Misleading postage details.
My order was sent at the beginning of April and the website stated Royal mail postage.
However it fails to mention the fact that royal mail is only the last leg of the delivery process. Having started it's journey in China.
So here I Am on the 23rd of April and my parcel still isn't even in the UK .
I obviously can't give a review on the product until it arrives.
But I'm very disappointed in the misleading wording on delivery as I was lead to believe the firm was in the UK.

Dealt with my issues well.
The items received were too small by quite a long way but customer services were helpful and have offered to replace them. They were quite easy to contact and replied within a couple of days. Communication was very clear. Assuming the replacement items show up I am satisfied with the experience. The shipping took a while because they come from abroad but if you’re prepared for this it’s not really an issue.

I ordered four pants, they were too small, now I have four more in the right size coming for free
I ordered four pants during their buy two get two sale. It was my first time and I ordered my normal size, which turned out to be too small. I contacted them requesting the next size up, and as I am a first time customer they are sending me my whole order again in hopefully the right size and I get to keep or give my original order to a friend for free (I haven’t worn them so completely clean. I tried them on with pants already on).

The sizing is very off
The sizing is very off. I normally am a small/medium but am needing to exchange it for a large. They have been good during the exchange process but I haven't received my exchange yet.

First of all the product itself is very trustworthy and does exactly whatever they advertise, in contrast with other similar companies that they don't provide security as this one. I am so pleased with my purchase!.... the pants I got are stylist and sleek - so much nicer than I expected. I actually feel nice wearing them rather than like I've got Bridget Jones pants on which is what I feared! Absolutely fantastic products and service! I’ve wanted to try period pants for some time, but just thought they could never work. I took a chance with Luna when they were on offer and I am now wearing them for the first time and the softness and coverage is fantastic. I wish all pants were this comfortable to wear! The coverage means no leaks, even when my period has been heavy. I honestly can’t praise this company enough. The customer service has been second to none too when I got the sizing wrong! Great customer service
Even though some of the underwear didn't fit me the customer service was brilliant. Fast response and arranged for me to get the size I need for free.
Some of the panties fit nicely, but make sure you check if you need to size up (check description). Had to go 2 sizes up for one type of underwear.
