The wig I got in the mail was not the wig I ordered. I got this wig that my great grandma would where not a young person. I hate the wig will not be putting it on😡🤬.

I wish I could give a zero. These are the worst products I’ve ever received through mail order. I wish I could upload what they advertised versus what I received.

Luna wigs are crap..they look like they came from good will. When I tried to get a refund I was denied it I am also contacting better business bureau. They should not be selling wigs. They are using real models as wigs. SHAME ON THEM!!!?

I wish I didn't have to give the one star for this company. I ordered two wigs and paid the extra to have the wigs shipped VIP should have in 3-7 days. Well, that was on 08/23/2021 and the tracking number provided can't be identified. As of today still haven't received the wigs. I emailed the company someone name Aimee sent me an email stating it will take 20-25 days to receive the wigs. I want my money back. I suggest to please DO NOT order anything from these people.

I haven’t purchased anything yet however reading the reviews on there website is what made me skeptical Everyone gave rave reviews but they all sound like the same person then I googled. Lunawigs reviews and long behold 98 percent had problems u am not buying from this company at all

This wig is bomb! Now if you don't like big hair I wouldn't suggest. Curls are bouncy, wig is full of life, it is a full wig and there are NO combs but Bobby pins do the trick! You have to play with it a bit but after picking it out it works great! Shipping was spot on

I purchased a wig from Luna Wig. The wig looked as if it had been worn when it arrived. I took pictures of the wig and submitted a request to send an unused wig and I will send back the used one. They replied that they would refund me 50% and I can keep the wig. I replied that I didnt ask for a refund but to replace the wig. They replied they will refund 53% to keep the wig as the cost to return the wig would be more expensive, their return/shipping fee is $20 meanwhile, I paid $5.99 for shipping when I ordered the wig. I took the refund and toss the wig in the garbage. It was that raggedy. Buyer beware.

How do we go about getting our money back from this company I order to wigs from them ,they are a hot mess ,I want my money back this company is a scan

Don't do it absolutely terrible quality. I was literally sent two wigs that looked a dried up mop already frizzy wrong color such a great disappointment. And to top it off they want to settle with me $26 off of a $56 purchase. I believe that it's more of a scam than anything to lure black women like myself into believing that we're getting a great product it comes from China both wigs came in a ziplock bag press down together and wrap with tape absolutely terrible.

Buyer beware! This company hijacks photos of wigs from legitimate sites and sells you sub-par, cheaply made imitations. I ordered three wigs and none of them even remotely resemble what they advertised - appalling. Trying to get a refund now. Will go to the BBB and any other agency that I can to report this fraud. Shipping took nearly 5 weeks, not the 7-12 days quoted.

I don't even know where to start and wish I had reviewed it here before my purchase. I ordered two wigs from Luna in February 2012 totaling $71. A short pixie style and a longer curly unit. Neither looked anything even close to what I ordered. The pixie was a Mama's Family reject and the longer one looked JUST like a Whatever Happened to Baby Jane. knockoff. Actually the WORST thing I've ever seen and worthy only of being used for Halloween! Poorly constructed, cheap hair, and crappy customer service. I emailed the minute I saw them. Took me about 5 emails before I recovered only HALF of my money. Learned my lesson but my family & friends got a good laugh when I tried them on for them. BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS NOT A LEGIT COMPANY!!!!

I wish i had read the reviews first. That's something i always do this time i didn't. After reading the reviews i wish i Never ordered. I ordered 3 wigs totaling 79.17$ on April 2. Today is the 12th of April. Im gonna wait till the 23rd if they don't come before or the week of Im getting in touch with BBB. Its not fair for them to be in business and treat people like this. I never received a tracking number after ordering. I hope i receive what i ordered or they can keep it. Just send my money back!

Wow 98 percent bad reviews...I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money with this company. Wasted 71.00 and of course like the reviews said they send me wigs I did not order and they look horrible. This taught me to always read the reviews before I buy from a company I never purchase anything from.

I ordered two wigs from this PLACE WILL NOT REFUND YOU ANY MONEY I PAID 56.08 FOR TWO WIGS AND THEY WAS GONNA GIVE ME 11.08.BACK THATS NOT EVEN HALF SO THEY GAVE ME 22.08!!!!! I STILL WANT THE REST OF MY FREAKN MONEY!!! IMMA REPORT THEM TO THE BBB
