Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. I’m obsessed, and so is my daughter! We’ve tried everything, even while travelling in France and the US. I have a very picky baby who won’t eat food from a pot, so thank God this brand exists! She gets all the nutrients she needs.

I was struggling with lunch recipes with my 14 month old baby. She seems does not like the taste of my cooking. She is fussy with taste. She knowa what she wants. So i found Lune & Wild facebook advert and ordered. My baby loves it. Like cottage pie, chicken pie, fish pie and the lamb. Is it normal to almost finish the one pot? She js just more than 1 year old 🤣

We've been given out little one Lune and Wild since we started weaning him and he's now almost 1. He absolutely loves them! The spinach and coconut curry is a firm favourite. They are super quick, easy and totally guilt free - prefect for a busy household.
Had a few issues with delivery on our first order but that was DPDs fault not Lune and Wild. L&Ws customer service was great and sorted the problem out quicky.

Really good food
Really good food, my daughter loves the curry pot. So convenient to have these frozen pots when you just don't have time or ingredients at hand. And they're proper meals, not just a pouch of puree.

I’ve used Lune & Wild since my little one started solids at 6 months. The products that they offer are of such high quality, full of flavour and never disappoint. I recently needed to change the meals in my subscription but an error occurred where I had created 2 subscriptions. I emailed explaining and within 2 hours they’d replied, sorted the subscriptions and organised a refund. Fantastic service and support with nothing being too much trouble. Thanks Gabriella!

Excellent customer service
I heard a lot about this finding and decided to give them a go I was worried I wasn't preparing food properly for baby.
I had some concerns about the delivery and emailed in the evening. Gabriella rang me first thing in the morning and she was so helpful and reassuring!
I was very grateful they got back to me so quickly and even arranged a replacement order even though there wasn't anything wrong with the first one to help ease my concerns.
I'm incredibly grateful to them and feel confident that I can continue to use them fitting my little ones weaning journey. They genuinely have their customers best interests at heart.

Good for a rush, be wary of where they post to!
The food is very helpful when you are in a rush! Their menu hasn’t changed though, so it’s not something you’d want to do regularly, your baby would get bored. BEWARE - they say they deliver to “mainland UK”. This is actually nonsense. They will deliver to wherever DPD will deliver which does not include large swathes of Scotland. They let you buy the food but don’t inform you until the afternoon before it’s meant to arrive that they don’t in fact serve your area. You’re then told that it’s your fault you didn’t read their T&Cs document. Honestly, what tired sleep deprived or busy mother is going to go through every company’s T&Cs before purchasing something, especially when the location they are going to fits “mainland UK”. They like to blame their customers rather than take responsibility. They did give me a refund - but it doesn’t make up for the fact that after two days of driving with a baby, I’ll arrive to a house with no food.

As a young business, it's really important to us that we make parent's lives easier, and we're always looking for ways we can improve. I'm really pleased to hear that you've found our meals helpful when you're in a rush, but I'm so sorry that your experience was overshadowed by the delivery issue.
I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after two days of travelling with a baby and expecting to arrive with your food ready and waiting. We wish we had been able to give you more notice of the delivery issue.
For context, we have been searching for a tech solution that blocks orders for some more remote parts of Scotland, as we fully appreciate the inconvenience this causes you as a customer. DPD are not able to reach these areas on their express delivery service. Food safety is our absolute priority, so we don't take any chances, and would prefer to refund customers in this instance.
Our developers are working hard to on a solution, and we're hoping to introduce this within the next couple of months.
Thank you again for highlighting the issue, and we take on board the feedback that this should have been more visible to you when placing your order.
I'm sorry again for the inconvenience and I hope you and your family enjoyed the rest of your holiday together.

I've had a pretty terrible experience where they've sent me double the food due to a clear error on their systems, charged me for both and not offered a sufficient resolution. I won't be using them again

We looked into what happened and also tried to contact you by phone a few times to discuss this with you, but unfortunately we weren’t able to get through.
We identified an isolated technical issue that led to the duplicate order and have since put a fix in place to prevent it from happening again. We have also refunded you for the duplicate and apologised for the inconvenience caused.

A dependable staple for anyone moving on to solids
I first bought from Lune and Wild when my daughter was 7 months old.
The ease of ordering meant I always had nutritious meals in the freezer when things became a pinch, or sauces to add to cupboard staples to quickly compile a solid meal.
She didn’t decline a single meal, and the muffins and cake bars were a great alternative to taking out as a snack in lieu of a packet of crisps.
Really grateful for Lune and Wild!
