I accidentally ordered a product and received a refund, only to discover that I had apparently been signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. I was then charged again. I called customer service on the same day, but was told that they couldn’t refund the full amount because of a £7.95 administration fee.

I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency around the subscription and the poor customer service. Be careful when ordering, and make sure to check for any hidden subscription charges. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I recently bought Kombucha Gut Restore from Lunvara, which arrived very promptly and well packaged to me here in London. This product is entirely natural, and well worth trying if you do have gut issues.
But what REALLY impressed me was their amazing customer service. I had a small issue which was resolved so quickly. Their communication is excellent, and I had some truly beautiful and sympathetic emails from a lovely lady called Amelia at Lunvara. Her kind words were more helpful than she probably knows. I believe this is a company that truly cares about its customers, which is why I am writing this review. Thank you so much.
