I would give it even a lower score if possible. Misrepresentation of item. No way to communicate with the company. No return policy. Do not waste your time.

Deceptive ad. Product shipped was not product pictured in the ad. Refund was offered if you’re not satisfied, but they won’t answer your email when you contact them (I sent 3 emails). I have filed a report with the FTC. Everyone should go to ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Complete rip-off do not buy from this shop. The Christmas decorations are nothing like advertised. They should be shut down false and fake cheap rubbish. Very deceptive.

DO NOT order from this site. What you receive and what is advertised it totally different. Advertised 3-D woodland creatures Christmas ornament complete with fur and received a cheap flat poor photo of the one I selected. Completely unresponsive to numerous requests for customer service to contact me. They don’t even have a phone number to call on the website

The beauty of the 3D forrest animal ornaments is wonderful. Fine detail, texture great size. Of course the actual product is a flat, 2D piece of plastic and small. The ornaments arrive in a very small plastic shipping bag with no return address. Over priced for what they are. Don't purchase from this site.

The products were not at all like what was shown in the advertisement. All it was was a picture inside a plastic ball. I ordered three and two came broken. The ball was cracked. I have written to them four times asking how to return these three ornaments and they have not replied yet it has been a month very bad product and very poor customer service.

The website depicts nicely crafted three dimensional ornaments and hanging chimes among other things. My mother purchased a set of small animals in acorns, and a hummingbird wind chime. The photos clearly showed 3D objects with texture. The photos of models holding them clearly display the 3D aspects. However the delivered items were flat 2D acrylic with a printed label on each side. The chime has a video where the 3D design is clearly visible and it appears to be stained glass. All of this is a lie. They skate on it by including in the product description references to 2D Acrylic construction.

My direct experience is based only on the windchime and the acorn animals, but I have no reason to believe that they are more honest in their depictions of their other products.

Buy NOTHING from this company.

Comment se faire rembourser pour une telle tromperie (26,65 USD) ? Je m'en veux tellement d'avoir été bernée de telle manière.

The company made a lot of people fools. Trust me, it count! Instead of cozy holiday decor I received flat acrilic pieces what I don’t need. And now I don’t know and cannot find the way how I can send them back and have refund… It’s fake company! Don’t trust them!

Grossly misrepresented. Went right in the garbage and filed a claim with the credit card company. And to think this crap is now on Amazon? Makes me wonder whether Amazon even vets their vendors. Total SCAM. Before you order anything look up the vendor!!!

The pictures on the website were extremely misleading. The ornaments were made to look like 3-D, but they were just flat pieces of plastic. Total waste of money. But I've learned my lesson. No more buying from random website websites!

I too am very disappointed in their gross misrepresentation of the product of the little animals ornaments. Plus, I sent two emails to them. One was returned as unreachable the other and never responded to for a return and refund of their product. Do not buy now I am wary of every single advertisement of other products out there and only buy from reputable. Sellers do not buy any products from them be warned.

Grossly misrepresented products. I ordered three dimensional Christmas ornaments, but what I received was flat acrylic pendants. I'd guess I paid at least 100 times what they cost to produce. I'm guessing they're sheltered from any kind of consumer protection laws wherever they're based. Absolute rubbish, don't waste your time or money. Now to try to get a refund... wish me luck!

I don't understand how this company can get away with defrauding and misrepresenting there products to the unsuspecting public. The videos and descriptions of their products are an absolute LIE ! When you place an order for what you saw in the ad you are happy a fd excited BUT then the package comes and all you have is a picture of what you ordered attached to a very small price of acrylic and a string you are very confused and furious ! I want my money back and you can have your junk back ! I ordered 4 of the woodland animal acorn ornaments.

I ordered a forest animal in an acorn to hang on my Christmas tree. They show a cute furry baby forest animal asleep in an acorn that sits in your hand about the size of a large Christmas ball. I received a picture of the acorn and baby animal on a piece of plastic.
I was scammed by Lunviam.

I ordered woodland animals in a 3D style. What i received was a cheep picture type product. I paid $107.97, I ordered three sets of 6.
I feel I got cheated. I would like a full refund.

I ordered the six animal Christmas balls and was totally disappointed in getting flat plastic hangers with a picture. Was totally ripped off . Not what their ad portrayed at all. Can’t imagine what they are ripping off other consumers!!!!

I ordered woodland christmas ornaments(8/16/26), based on the ad and photos on their site. What arrived on 8/30/26 was nothing like what they showed. Their return policy stated the following (If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.)
I followed their instructions and contacted them on 8/31/26 and have still received no response. It is most disappointing and I feel as though I have been taken advantage of, so I posted this review to warn others.

3d Not
I too had ordered the cute plush looking forest animal ornament, and YES, it was a FLAT (broken)ornament. It's so small (3"x2"), I wouldn't pay 4.oo for it. I'm not sure if the info was on the page that I ordered from, but checking again after rcving the ornament...way down on the bottom of scrolling it says its material is 2d acrylic.
Def a play on the pictures to make it look plush, 3d and cutsie, and def a ploy to take people's money imo.
I asked for my money back.
We'll see if they are honest with that.
I learned a lesson here: Scroll and read all the way down before you purchase.
