Luqra - The Worst Payment Processor
Luqra, is outright, the WORST.
Let me start by saying, ive worked with multiple Payment Processors for my shopify store, these people.. are horrible, if not worst, and yes i was like you, checking reviews first, and confused why there was none, but i got you, ready?
1st off.. The deposits are 3 buisness days.. after opening a ticket asking to fix it, they stated my buisness model, dosent work for a faster deposit. (BS BTW, I sell clothes)
2nd Listen to this, they have something called "Daily Fees" Deposit of 500, Daily fees, 21$.... 1,200$ Deposit, Daily Fees, 40$.. I know thats not much, but seriously, who told us about daily fees? Some people genuinely would've never signed up if that were the case
3rd Reserve... I had months of proof showing perfect processing, with no Refunds or Chargebacks, and they secretly put me on a 10% reserve, and never told me about it, basically they hold 10% OF EVERY DEPOSIT. Wow right? You'd be suprised im not freaking out, but I had a backup processor, thank god.
4th The female I worked with.. Ignored me for days.. and when I called her and she wasnt answering on a buisness day, she told me she missed my call because she was at a Wedding... When I told her I wasnt aware of the 10% reserve, she messaged me.. (listen to this) "We can close your account if you'd like" BRUH
5th (BIGGEST) THEY HAVE A 45% DECLINE RATIO. Meaning 45% of my customers, who tryed to buy, got declined, because in their platform they have their security to where if they even miss a CAPITOL, it will decline, 45% OF CUSTOMERS. Thats insane, made a ticket, they used excuse saying its normal. LOL, Horrible business.
