I received my order and everything was good, no issues and great quality.
I might have to return one item as the size XS bra seems to be very tiny, but not a big deal.

I ordered a package from Lushy and NEVER received it. They straight-up told me it’s not their problem and then stopped answering my emails entirely. Now they’re blatantly ignoring me. This is beyond frustrating—I wasted a ton of money on what’s clearly a scam site. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUSHY. They’re a complete fraud and should not be trusted. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned cash!

I think the vendor is a scam and they are using political causes to gain money. Still at this very moment they publish ads on insta to buy kufiyehs to support the Palestinian cause. Once you receive a serious looking order confirmation email, the link to view your order or to visit the store is no longer available and on their insta account there is also no link to their site neither a post. Thank God I only lost 20$.

My package arrived very quickly and both pieces were just as beautiful as advertised in the website. The colours were vibrant and the quality of fabric was strong. They fit me perfectly and I am obsessed. Will definitely be getting more in the future!

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a single item on 1/28, with standard 7-10 day shipping. By 2/22 it still hadn't even shipped. I contacted them and find out it was actually out of stock, they just failed to list that online.

A refund wasn’t an option, only store credit or a “replacement item”. Yet ironically when I complained and got that follow up communication, I suddenly got a notification that it was back in stock and shipped…

It has now been another 15 days since then. No delivery, no tracking update about the status. Very ironically AGAIN, I email to complain and suddenly get another notification that it’s finally been received at the shipment center and coming to me in the next few days.

Clearly that’s not accurate, it’s too convenient. This company is a scam, waste of money, I’ll be surprised if I ever even get the item and if I do, I’m expecting very low quality at
this point. This will be the last time I fall for an Instagram ad for an unknown online boutique.

I ordered and then heard nothing. Followed up and still nothing. Really wish I had looked this up before I ordered it.

I'm so gutted I ordered from here before doing my research. The set I ordered is awful awful quality. There is loose stitching, the cup shape is all wrong, the fit is wrong and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I'm really disappointed. Please avoid
