The product is terrible. And when I called to see what I needed to do to cancel the subscription that it automatically charged before I spoke to a rude person who said I should order the additional products. Do not get sucked into this.

I use it every morning. I actually really like the taste. I've been taking it with my coffee every morning and i've noticed it helps prevent any crashes later in the afternoon

After a week using Zen drops and Flow drops
After a week using Zen drops I am noticing a difference. I kept missing something to give me that calm effect but also my need for focus. I added other products to my cart and got 50% off, which im glad I did so i could stock up. It was the Flow drops and the zen drops.. together these are my go to now. I use one the morning and the other at night. Everything was shipped quickly. Good company that makes great products.

Tried to order the drops, the way the website is designed, it doesn’t tell you what the total is then wants you to add on a bunch of products to your order. Also they advertise for BOGO and that was not reflected in the total. Called and just canceled my whole order. They kept on and on trying to sell me products via phone and wouldn’t stop or listen to me so I just canceled my whole order. From the website to the false advertising down to the customer service. This business is a NO GO!

The drops are wonderful! However, I have attempted to cancel this subscription 4 times. (twice via email twice by telephone) when I started the cancellation they immediately shipped out another three bottles to me billing my credit card twice in one week.

I ordered 1 bottle
I ordered 1 bottle, get 1 free. I yesterday. When I they were charging me were charging me $129, for a $29 purchase. I immediately called, the same day. They kept offering me a percentage off if I keep the extras they added, up to 50% off. They will keep trying to get more money. I declined. Today I looked at my statement and and they charged me $49... not the $29 as discussed. I called. Then the story changed. They said that I couldn't get the discount because I didn't purchase all of of the add-ons. Word of advice do not purchase it. They lie cheat and steal. Once you make your purchase there are add-ons that you cannot get out of. Without warning, they charge it all to you. Customer service is horrendous.
The funny part... I haven't even received the product. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau.

I had to give 1 star to leave a review, but...
I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free back in Feb. It's now April and I still haven't received them. I've called customer service and sent emails, this is my last resort. The problem is they keep shipping to the wrong city.? I've been assured on numerous calls that things have been corrected and that they're resending. Sometimes they don't even resending but when they do, wrong address.
How hard can this be to fix?
As of 5/20/2025 I can confirm that I did receive a full refund. Thank you.

I wouldn’t even give one star but had to. I wanted the promotion of buy one get one to try the product since it was all natural. What a joke. They sent me 6 and charged me for 6. I didn’t complain because I figured probably my mistake. Anyway I only noticed a difference at night. Made my sleep interrupted and have bad dreams. A month later they charged me another $119 without my consent. When I called they said I was automatically reenrolled on an ongoing basis???!! How could that be. How do I know if I even like the product before I’m done using it. Anyway horrible experience trying to cancel this. The rep kept asking me to keep using the product after I told him my unpleasant experience. This company and their product is a nightmare. I have been trying trying for 3 weeks to get my refund. Still no refund of $119???!!!

Had high hopes for Luv Zen drops
I ordered the Luv zen drops for my husband mostly because he has a very high stress life and myself, hoping that we had found something that would finally get the killer cortisol levels down, but sadly we have been very disappointed once again. Neither one of us noticed any difference whatsoever. It was another waste of money. I don’t usually write reviews but I really want to spare anyone else from making the same mistake as we did. I would have rated it zero stars but that’s not an option.
