Ordered Luvie foundation and literally waited a month for it. Then apparently if you don’t In click a box you are on a subscription and they are sending me another. It is NOT very good foundation. Beware to not order from them. Scam!

Cheapest product I've seen in a long while.

SCAM, sent email to stop my monthly subscription and company continued to send and charge product. Never received a confirmation regarding email. Had to stop my credit card.

I ordered over $80 worth of products from LUVIE and never received ANYTHING!! I ordered the biggest castor oil pack they had. I’ve sent several emails and I’ve gotten no response nor have I received a refund that I’ve asked for more than five times!

Scam company. Now getting charged monthly for a product I don't want. Won't answer e-mails. Bank has had to block them from charging.

Luvie Premium Wellness Pack - Luvie Organics Is a completely fraudulent company. Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a castor oil pack & they continued to charge me for the oil which is $44.94 every month. Numerous emails later without any response I finally had my bank block them. Beware they use multiple emails & website sites.

This business is a scam! I ordered once but have been charged four months in a row and have received only one bottle of Castor oil. I have tried canceling numerous times, I have tried calling and gotten hung up on. Now I’m having to cancel my bank card. Stay far away from this business.

Poor notification of arrival of order through their website. Package returned to China. Do not answer emails. Sending me monthly bottles of castor oil that I did not want to renew and unable to cancel through website. I will report them.

I ordered and paid for their premium wellness pack in late Sept. I have never received it. Then last week I see another charge on my bank for 44.94. I never ordered anything else from them and I never will.
I have sent them 7 emails and have gotten no response. I have reported them to the BBB.
Now I have to cancel my bank card and get a new one. I am so freaking pissed over this place ripping me off like this !!!

I bought the premium wellness pack, the hand wellness and thyroid wellness packs also. Over $150 worth from Luvie Organics. I didn’t receive the full pack as advertised on their website, quite a few products were missing and the 4oz bottle of castor oil as advertised was actually a 2oz bottle delivered. They also promised a free gift but it didn’t arrive either. I found 2 different email addresses and sent a total of 5 emails over 2 months asking for the missing products or a refund. I still haven’t heard back from them. Not very professional at all. I just want what I paid for.
I also found a couple of other reviewers that said the same thing happened to them. You be the judge.
