I ordered a cardigan from this company. When it arrived it was much too small. As stated on their website you have to request a returns shipping label. I have been trying for 5 days to contact them about this but have had no response! You have 14 days to return unwanted items. I have rang them and had the phone put down on me also no response from my emails or their contact page. I have now handed it over to Trading Standards to deal with as I work too hard for my money and want my refund!claim your money back from your bank using charge back explain you have had no response from the company.

Delivery arrived faulty, emailed them for a return and refund, no reply. I emailed them twice more, and still no response.

Absolutely awful. Ordered 2 x school jumpers which are awful quality (the really big puffy ones). Emailed them 4 times now about a refund and still no reply and their website says only way to return is by email and has to be within 14 days which will be in 4 day's time. Never ordering from here again!
