Quick and Easy for me....
I recently ordered a new bed frame and bed, so I wanted so new bed sheets to go with it... I ordered some super-king size bedding from Luxe, never heard of the company before so I was a little nervous to order, I usually stick to the bigger brands.... In the end I am glad I gave Luxe a chance, I received the bedding and it is great!! It is more expensive than some other places, but I guess you get what you pay for, and I am very much impressed on this occasion.

DO NOT BUY! Hassle from start to finish! Items delayed, broken, not delivered. 2 months and counting.
Items are not quality but shoddy mass made items. The clock i bought was cheap, plasticky material and very tacky. Furniture is poorly made and feels flimsy.
Customer service basically is ' some customers have used pre-order, that is why they are confused'. Patronising! No i did not order a pre-order item!! Also lie to about goods being sent out already when they blatantly haven't.
Trading standards are aware of this company and also contacted Watchdog who have requested more information...watch this space!
To your reply! No lee it doesn't contradict...but that reply sums up your shoddy company! Blame the customer...it was pre-order...no it wasn't...blame the customer...your review contradicts!! Unbelievable - or not so where luxe are concerned! I had alme items delivered as i stated, others were delayed and some still not delivered! Awful company / awful customer service/ awful quality!

Buyer beware. Not received item. Numerous times have been told next week etc. Applying for a refund now through my credit card. If you scroll down apparently they are offering money to people to give 5 star reviews. Shambolic

Please read before placing an order with this company... Giving 1 star is simply too much for this shambolic company! I have never experienced anything like what I have had to endure from Lux interiors. So where do I start... after placing an order on February 02nd (5 weeks ago) I am still waiting for my product. I have spent many hours e-mailing / calling / FB private messaging and am informed on every single occasion that either customer care would be in touch! They don't! Or they will come back to me with a tracking number as the product is being dispatched! No tracking number. No product. I have names of the people I have spoke with, the times the excuses and so on.. so onto the next stage of legal advice as I still don't have my money back and no commitment from this garden shed organisation as to when I'll get it.
