I ordered a foundation on the 11th March 2026 and never received the Item. Order no. #LF213300. When I emailed the company I just kept getting fairly generic generated responses from an AI virtual agent, saying that someone will be in touch in 1-3 business days, but no real person ever does. Then without notification of intent they cancelled my order without explanation or intention to refund me the £28 that I had paid. I have now had to raise the issue with my bank with the hope of getting my money back.

Ordered a bundle/multi pack of color changing foundation and a brush in February 2026. Tried it but it didn’t cover well and left my skin looking orange so contacted the company via email for their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
They took days to review my request and then responded that they would only do a 20% refund because I bought a multi pack. Their 100% guarantee does not apply to multipacks. But that info is hidden down inside refund terms and conditions. Not mentioned in the main part of website where they say there is a 100% guarantee. Pretty sketchy for a legit company. Buyer beware!

UPDATE: I kept arguing about the guarantee and today I got a full, 100% refund. If you need a refund - please keep communicating! It might work for you too.

product never arrived as others have said you send an email and all you get back is another email saying an agent will look into the order, NEVER DID. APPAULING

Wurde nicht mal versendet...hab 2 Wochen gewartet und dann storniert.
Die haben es noch nicht mal verschickt gehabt.
Echt ein Witz und werben aber mit Versand innerhalb 3-7 Tagen.

Order number LF212421 which I've included so they can't claim im not a genuine customer which apparently they try to do upon receiving negative feedback. Don't bother with this company as you'll never receive your order and the only responses you get from them are bot emails claiming an actual agent will get back to you, which, of course, they never do. I've raised the dispute with my card issuer to get my money back because im done conversing with their bots. Dreadful scamming company

1 star is too good. Product never arrived. Automated responses. No refund yet after 3 weeks waiting. Terrible customer service …new review..24march .i have just received an email asking how I liked the product THAT HAS NOT ARRIVED. STILL NO RESPONSE AND NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM.

Colour changing, yes. But my bottles had so little product in it that I only got 2/3 wears out of each! Do NOT recommend!

I’m very troubled by Luxe Research. I was so hopeful , and I waited for my product for weeks! It finally came. I like the way the foundation feels on my skin, and the color it changed to matches. It’s not orange. It is too perfumed, and that needs to change, quickly. It doesn’t need fragrance.
But that pump? What rubbish! Whoever allowed that to go to market should be fired! Luxe Research sends a zillion emails to say that Version2 is in a tube and not in a bottle, so there’s no pump to malfunction. And if you order now, you’ll beat the rush and get the brush, etc., etc., etc. That’s great; I’m glad they fixed it.
However, if Luxe Research truly wants to be recognized as a legitimate company with a respectable product, if they want to rescue their reputation before it is annihilated, wouldn’t it be a good idea to replace the useless pump bottles with these new tubes of foundation? I originally ordered 2 bottles, got 1 full application from the 1st before the pump died, and now I’m expected to shell out more money for foundation in tubes? Luxe Research, save yourself from bad word of mouth. Replace our bottles with tubes of foundation. Obviously, this will not appeal to patrons who found the product to be inferior or the source of allergic reactions. However, for those of us who liked the product, you have but one chance to save your reputation with us. Replacement tubes would create tremendous goodwill amongst folks who were willing to spend money on you once. Do not ask us for more money without reciprocity.

Love this product. After years of trying foundations, this one lasts all day and goes on smooth. Definitely recommend!

I’m 51 and loving it. Matches to my skin tone and lasts all day without settling into my fine lines.

Wonderful! I was reluctant to try it but neede something different for my mature skin. I am impressed by the true color match. It is light and somewhat buildable. It doesn’t fully cover my dark spots but it does conceal them. If you’re looking for a true full coverage, this may not be it but definitely a nice foundation. My skin looks great all day.

I received the two bottles after much anticipation, saying they were better than Il Makiage. No, they're NOT. Both bottles had faulty pumps..when I took the lid off and got some out to use on my face, it did provide some tint, but NO coverage of imperfections, like a small vein, or darker pigment spots. I asked them via e-mail, to send me the new products in the squeeze tube which they say corrects the "faulty pump" , worthless junk they sent me, at NO CHARGE to me. They wanted pics, pics of the pkg, pics of the product, the order (which they know and already have) and for me to send these back to them, then they will decide what they will do. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. Don't waste your money, your time and your peace of mind on a company that won't stand by their products!

Pretty light coverage, but goes on nice

I would give 0. Ordered 2 bottles, opened one and it was almost empty and nothing but glop inside. Couldn’t image this was supposed to be the consistency. Contacted the company and for a week now but have not heard from anyone but their virtual agent and keep getting emails telling me to send pictures which I already did right away. I opened the second bottle and it was easy to pump and correct formula apparently. Not the fabulous foundation they touted. Settles into wrinkles and not worth the money. I would recommend not ordering this. I’m out $40+ and no one is there to actually navigate my complaints. Save yourself some money and try a different foundation

The colour match is good, but it does settle into wrinkles, so I asked for a refund, which they offer.
Beware of their so called return policy though..it's none existent!! They claim to give a full refund if you're not satisfied BUT that's only if you don't use the product or take advantage of their buy one, get one free offer!! One day I will learn not to buy off of these scam companies!!
