I am seeking to return these fake silk bonnets and have had no reply to my request for return. Do NOT BUY.

Ordered over a month ago and not received them. Has been at a local distribution center supposedly since July 11. I’ve tried twice to reach out to company and have not heard anything back. Very unhappy with customer service and feel like I just flushed money down the drain.

The sleep cap has a great feel and has a nice drawstring for a great fit!

lies and the lying liars that sell them, thy name is LuxeSilks. Their products are cheap synthetic polyester marketed as pure silk. Trash company, trash product. I’m guessing there is a 0% chance I get my money back on this crap.

Total scam. Their products are not silk, it’s polyester. The website goes on and on about its “Mulberry Silk” and I just did not consider that a company can blatantly lie like that. And I also didn’t think to look at the return policy beforehand but it also very sketchy and only store credit if they accept your return

This company is a scam. Drop shipped items from China. Ordered several bonnets and pillowcases. They are definitely not silk, no tags on them any where. Loose threads and uneven stitches everywhere. Spent over $80 and was only able to get about$20 back though paypal and had to pay to ship half the items back. All the photos and descriptions on the site are stolen from other companies, i.e. Blissy and Clementine Sleepwear. Wish I would have seen these reviews earlier.

Avoid this company. I placed an order with Luxe Silks on May 5 and have never received it.

What frustrates me most isn’t even the shipping delay...it’s the inaccurate information I was given. After my package sat in Los Angeles customs for weeks, I contacted customer service. I was told it was “in transit to the local courier” and would arrive within 3-5 days. The very next day, I received another email claiming it was “out for delivery.”

Neither of those updates were truthful. The tracking information on Luxe Silks’ own website continued to show the package delayed in customs. It was never shown as being with a local courier, and it was never shown as out for delivery.

After waiting well over a month, I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Only then did Luxe Silks contact me asking me to close the chargeback once the package arrived. I replied explaining that I had already received multiple shipping updates that contradicted the tracking information and that the order appeared to be lost. I never received a response.

The tracking has now expired, and I still have never received my order.

UPDATE: The company sent out a replacement order but are asking me to close the chargeback "in order for us to proceed with your process smoothly and resolve this without any further delays". I will not be closing the chargeback unless I have the product I purchased in my hands...

Nice quality silk. Cons: didn’t stay on well, too hot.

If I could rate them lower I would. The shipping took a long time. When they finally did get to me the box was empty. I'm glad the post office worker told me the box was empty so I could return to sender. I emailed the company about this and they stated the shipped package weighed what it should have so it was not empty and they can ship the product to me again but with a charge. I paid for shipping insurance as well but I guess that doesn't matter. Don't waste your money with them, I should have read the reviews. This "business" seems more like a scam.

Really love this sleep bonnet! Stays on all night and I love that you can adjust it in the back to make it tighter or looser for the perfect fit! My hair has been much smoother when I get up in the mornings and I've noticed less frizz and fly-aways!

I replied to the confirmation email as it says to do and it came back undeliverable "does not exist."
Im not happy with the bonnet because it slides around when I turn over and hurts my ears to lay on it.

Whether these bonnets are silk or satin they make my hair look and feel radiant after wearing all night. They are extremely comfortable to sleep with. Best of all they provide protection against breakage which I really appreciate. I've ordered from this company twice and have been very pleased with quick shipping and quality merchandise each time. Will definitely order again.

This website is a complete scam. Everything they sell appears to be satin or polyester, despite being advertised otherwise. I ordered a 4-piece sheet set, and the material is clearly polyester—the tag even confirms it. There is no way the bonnet is genuine mulberry silk either; it feels like cheap polyester, not even quality satin.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. I'm hoping my credit card company approves a refund because I believe this was a misleading purchase. Their customer service is nonexistent—I never received a response from google saying the Email did not exist . Unfortunately, that doesn't surprise me, given my experience. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Affordable and nice quality silk products. I have felt the difference with my hair now using the bonnet and pillow cases. Plus they are pretty!

The product is very poor quality. I received two and the sizing is inconsistent on both. I would not recommend.

Not the quality the company claimed the bonnets to be. Shame. Also, you get what you pay for. Its "discounted" for a reason. Shit quality and runs small.

I never received my order

This website is a scam. They change the email to contact customer service and response is returned undelivered. When I contacted the company they only wanted to refund me 25% of a $75 order. They also don’t clarify that returning items are international returns and not US returns. Don’t bother with this company.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered two bonnets, black and navy blue, I received a royal blue one and it is definitely not silk as advertised. I asked the company if I could either return the one bonnet for a full refund (for the two that I purchased). They said at this time they will not pay for shipping so I would have to pay to ship back a bonnet that I didn't even order. I sent four different messages to their customer service and it took a month and a half to get a response back. They use an AI which made it even more complicated because it didn't understand my request. And they are still not offering me a refund unless I pay for shipping to China. Very poor customer service, and no offer to make it right. Do not buy anything from this company.
