My trip to Bali was fantastic overall. The accommodations were beautiful, the welcome gift was thoughtful, and the staff was incredible—especially Gayatri aka G, our concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She truly made the trip a success.

That said, my experience with Luxe Tribes was not so great. With a group of 14, there were several details we had to repeatedly follow up on that I expected a travel agency to handle proactively. For example, our late-night arrival (12:15am) wasn’t aligned with our villa check-in time (4:00pm), and no adjustments were suggested. Our group had to ask for an earlier check in to avoid waiting around for hours after a long flight. Our group was also split into two villas and separate spa times due to last-minute bookings, which impacted the overall experience, not to mention some of the excursions were missing altogether. Some meal plans were even finalized the day before the respective meal. Our itinerary and meals should have been finalized at least 2 weeks in advance of the trip, which we started paying on 6+ months advance.

While Luxe Tribes made an effort, they missed key opportunities to anticipate our needs, especially for the price we paid. I feel like we overpaid for our entire trip. I was able to individually price the excursions and the villa and what we paid to Luxe was grossly inflated compared to if we had booked on our own.

Despite that, Bali is absolutely beautiful, and thanks to G, we still had a great experience.

My April 2026 trip to Ghana with Luxe Tribe was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned and executed with care.

Alice, our coordinator, was extremely detailed, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure we were well-prepared before arrival and continued to check in to ensure everything ran smoothly. That level of organization truly set the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Our tour guide, KB, was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of Ghana’s history, culture, and hidden gems brought every moment to life. He was attentive, kind, and incredibly accommodating, always making sure our needs were met while offering great suggestions that enhanced our experience. His warm personality and constant smile made every day even more enjoyable.

Richard, our driver, was equally impressive. Navigating the roads with ease and professionalism, he made us feel safe and comfortable at all times.
From vibrant market visits to breathtaking sightseeing, art galleries, museums, storytelling, and the deeply meaningful naming ceremony. Every experience felt authentic and memorable. This trip was more than just travel; it was a cultural immersion that I will cherish forever.

Luxe Tribe created an unforgettable journey, and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore Ghana in a meaningful and well-curated way.

I was with like minded travelers. Very positive. The food at hotel was amazing. The views. It was a 5 star hotel. I had a blast. The tour guide was helpful, informative, and on time.

I had an amazing experience with Luxe Tribes. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional handling all questions and requests timely. Our trip was guided by “G” who had endless energy, lots of patience and was well organized. I would definitely recommend using their services.

My Luxe Tribe experience had some beautiful highlights but also a few areas where the service didn’t quite match the premium price point. Here’s my full breakdown for anyone considering booking with them

1. The welcome basket and curated gifts were such a thoughtful touch it set a warm tone for the trip right away.
2. Our personal concierge G was truly the star of the experience. From start to finish she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. I can’t thank her enough!!!
3. The branded Luxe shirts and cars made the team easy to spot and transportation always felt seamless and professional.
4. Luxe Tribe did an excellent job selecting restaurants and private chefs and every meal they arranged was memorable.
5. Daily chef prepared breakfast was a nice touch and I looked forward to each morning.

Where They Fell Short

1. For the overall cost the value didn’t quite align with what we received.
2. Even though we were traveling as a large group, we were placed in separate villas despite larger villas being available. We were also charged extra for a single room in a villa and the pricing felt considerably inflated for the country.
3. Spa appointments weren’t secured early enough which meant our group couldn’t enjoy a spa day together something I had really looked forward to.
4. Several booking details felt unorganized and communication around logistics wasn’t as clear as expected.
5. Our itinerary finalized so close to our arrival and a few excursions that were originally offered during booking were missing.
6. Because of the poor planning we missed out on additional excursions we wanted to book during the trip.

I’m still not over Brazil 😭🇧🇷

I took a ton of pics my phone (because clearly I think I’m a photographer 😂) and now I’m overwhelmed in the best way going through them. Every single moment was just… chef’s kiss.

But beyond the pictures, Brazil really did something to me. It was SO fun and easily one of my favorite places I’ve ever been. The people, the food, the culture… everything just felt right. Comfortable, warm, and full of life.

I loved it there, truly. I’ll be back 💛

Truly had such an incredible experience with this team. I travel quite frequently and this was one of the most intentional team I’ve seen before. Did not have to think about a single thing when she’s around. Our driver was EXCELLENT and navigated busy streets and daunting road infrastructure flawlessly. So grateful for this team!!

Amazing trip, meticulous planning and great communication !

I just had my first experience with Luxe Tribes on a private group trip to Brazil with myself and 5 of my girlfriends. We had the best time! The country is such a beautiful place. We were in Rio for 5 days and Luxe set up everything from the airport transfer to the tours. They have an amazing team. The tour guides we had were all fabulous and very knowledgeable. We hit the highlights of Rio and enjoyed every moment. Communication was easy and the payment plan was nice to have leading up to the trip. I think the app needs some work because it was confusing that it showed and inaccurate payment plan schedule but other than that the itinerary was spot on. Our luxe connect Gabriel was attentive and got in touch with us or responded back within a decent time frame. Overall the experience was unforgettable and so much fun!

Our trip to Cape Town, South Africa was nothing shy of amazing! From pick up from the airport with our driver Chris, to the return to the airport 5 days later everything was flawless. Chris made sure to get us to each event promptly and even gave suggestions on what to do around the certain parts of the country with our free time. Each suggestion was catered to our personalities and we had a blast. Elizabeth made sure to check in with us each step of the way to make sure our expectations were being met and the gifts were so thoughtful. Will be back to travel with them again!

I have nothing but great things to say about Luxe Tribes. They came through on my birthday trip to Peru. They made sure we had guides at all times to either accompany us or provide guidance. We were never alone or without contact. When we reached out for clarification, there was always someone available to assist. When I experienced altitude sickness, they provided guidance to the best remedies. The selection of the celebration dinner did not disappoint. I would recommend LT to anyone wanting a curated vacation with all the bells and whistles. I’m already excited to have them plan our 2027 trip.

I just got back from Thailand, and when I say this was one of the best experiences of my life—I truly mean that. Everything was seamless, well-organized, and filled with moments I’ll never forget.

Kiwi in Bangkok… where do I even begin? She was hands down the sweetest, most knowledgeable, and genuine tour guide I have EVER had. She didn’t just guide us—she connected with us. She was warm, welcoming, nonjudgmental, and truly felt like a friend. She made every experience feel personal and meaningful. Kiwi even invited us back out to Bangkok, and I can say with certainty—I will absolutely be requesting her again.

Molly in Phuket was also incredible. She went above and beyond, even outside of scheduled tours. She gave recommendations on places to eat, helped me find where to do laundry, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The fact that she even invited me to her wedding this year speaks volumes about the kind of person she is—genuine, thoughtful, and truly caring.

Both Kiwi and Molly made this trip unforgettable in their own ways, and I’m beyond grateful for them.

If you’re thinking about traveling to Thailand—DO IT. And make sure you have the right people guiding your experience, because it makes all the difference.

I took the trip of a lifetime with Luxetribes trip to Bali. Luxetribes was amazing from start to finish. We were picked up promptly in an air-conditioned sprinter. We arrived at the most gorgeous villa with individualized gift bags and refreshing drinks waiting. Our concierge, Pinka went above & beyond. She always made sure we were comfortable, safe and enjoying ourselves. Luxetribes made sure our itinerary included as much as we wanted and had a driver always waiting for us. Our concierge, Pinka popped up whenever we thought of a new question, request, or idea. She was punctual, reliable, and could multitask to handle all our needs. My god, she insisted she carry our bags while we shopped! Our laundry was taken care of, our meals were prepared, and the villa was cleaned daily. We felt like Queens. Ten ladies & We didnt have to lift a finger. Would definitely travel with Luxetribes again. 10 out of 10 recommend

From the moment we landed to the moment we left, this was hands down the best trip I’ve ever experienced. Africa did something to me! I’ve literally been talking about it nonstop since I got back. The culture, the beauty, the energy it’s something you truly have to experience for yourself. Everything was so thoughtfully planned, and I felt taken care of every step of the way. My 50th birthday trip to Marrakesh was an unforgettable experience! Elizabeth my Luxetribe planner helped me plan a trip within my budget and responded immediately to any of my concerns or questions. While in Marrakesh we were provided with a Riad host, tour guide and driver who all made us feel safe and comfortable everyday. My birthday celebration & surprise at Agafay camp still has me in awe from all that went into the planning. This was my 2nd time using LuxeTribes and I am already planning my trip for 2027.

I loved my experience all the way around in Bali for my birthday our chefs made a wonderful breakfast and our best stay host Audyah made our bills feel like home. Our photographer was so funny and patient and gave us great photographic direction. Our driver Surya was the glue that held us together and I am so grateful to gave such a ray of sunshine to show us around Bali. Thank you Luxe tribes🌺

My friend’s Bali birthday trip was amazing!!! The activities lived up to their description and more! Ms. Gee was such a doll and made sure we had everything we needed. You are lucky if she is the designated concierge of your trip!!

This was my first time visiting Italy. But what made it wonderful were the tour guides that Luxe Tribes used to assist us with tours. Each of them were awesome. More importantly the history and the education they each explained about Venice and Milano was just fascinating. What an awesome vacation and a fun experience. Hats off to the Luxe Tribes’ partnership from the hotels, escorts and tour guides. I will continue to use them.
