Anyone who has been scammed by these!! They did the same to my daughter, I contacted our local police they said to keep all products as after we received a letter saying if wasn't paid within 10 days they would send it to bailiffs adding £10 to the bill. The police advised to keep the product packaged and if they came to give them the package back we have received a letter every 2 weeks and have now received one saying its in the hands of debt collectors! The police advised to Aldo contact action fraud which we have done they will investigate if they get more people reporting the fraud

this company is a SCAM I followed a link from Facebook to the black head face masks I attempted to buy them with my boyfriends credit card (he knew about this by the way I had his permission). they declined the card (I think it was because the card only arrived on that day and was not activated just yet).
so I then clicked the X in the top corner and didn't try again i then received an email... thanking me for my purchase I was confused I thought it had gone through and taken a payment so i checked the credit card account no payment was taken so i red through the email a little more and it stated an order had been made with an invoice now I am 1000% sure I never clicked any option for any invoice order. I emailed them back telling them they were wrong i never ordered any thing on invoice but yet they still disagreed with me and now threaten me with court costs they expect me to pay £90 for some products i did not order. so i complained more and more they then offered me a deal they stated I can test the products for free. and send the rest back so this is what i did i tried some and sent the rest back. they emailed me a week later stating they never told me to try them for free and there were some missing so i still have to pay thw full price of £90 I was very angry at this time. I was looking through my emails for proof and sent them the proof but still they don't agree. I never have emails coming through stating i have 5 days to pay £90 or there taking me to court. I guess they will have to take me to court because they will not be getting any payments from me. I did not order the products on invoice I have seen alot of other people have had this problem I definitely DO NOT recommend this rubbish company to any one especially if you want to avoid any debt collections or court orders against you.

They shipped products to me without me accepting and paying for it and then started threatening me with incasso so that I would pay for products that I hadn't ordered. So finally being afraid of paying more, I payed it reluctantly. Returning the products wasn't an option for me, because they require you to pay for it yourself, which was almost the same price as paying for the unordered products.

Went to look at a product on their site and had to put address in. The price was astonishing so I closed the page down yet they sent the product anyway with an invoice for almost £40! I emailed to explain everything and basically got called a liar and that I did order but if I didn't want the product I would have to pay postage to return it! I have reported the company to trading standards and have a meeting with my solicitor later today to pursue further action

SUCH A RELIEF TO FIND OUT WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES TO BE SCAMMED IN THIS WAY BY THIS COMPANY. I AM JUST WONDERING WHO WE CAN ALERT - WHAT AUTHORITIES NEED TO BE INFORMED? I THINK LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY IS REQUIRED ASAP AND IF THEY SEND ME ANY FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE LIKE THIS....I WILL GET MY LAWYER ONTO THEM. MEANWHIILE, WILL SEE IF I CAN CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS IN DENMARK TO ALERT THEM TO THIS.

I am furious with the company lux style.
Several months ago I saw their add for "blackhead killer" on Facebook which I did click on, I followed the steps name & address and email (which now I know not to of done) I saw how much they where charging for the product which then I exited the page. Then I received a email saying thank you for your order! Even though I did not order anything!! I then received an invoice via post even though I haven't received anything & also been send another reminder. The amount is up to £60 now. I have emailed several times and I have still not had a reply or even been sent the products. Horrible company would not recommend in anyway!!! This is clearly a SCAM !!!!

They will send you SAMPLE SIZE USELESS PRODUCT without asking or ordering. and they will bill you HUGE!!!!!

They keep sending me things and expect me to pay, I emailed them telling them not to send them because I got an email saying it was being shipped even if I never ordered so to make sure they're not sending it I emailed them but they don't answer!! This is a scam I'm not impressed

I been emailed them saying I didn't order it but how I got them package. Saying pay 14 days later price $64 and am not paying it. Then say will give me 50% discount down to $34 to pay. Hello i didn't order it. Should I use or send back. But am not paying post them to Denmark. Useless company so scam.

Terrible company - as all other people before have said!
Left the page as the products were exceptionally expensive, personal thoughts.
They product was sent anyway with a buy now pay later!
Refuse to pay and will send the products back in tact if they will pay for return p&P as i dont see why I should pay for something i didnt order!

It's a fraud company. I never placed an order but I received an email saying avoid debt collection case. They are charging me for 64$ that I have never ordered or received.

This company is a complete SCAM. Warning, do not log onto their website! I didn't order anything, however, was billed for an item. Then I began receiving letters in the mail, if I didn't pay my bill, my situation would be followed up by a collection agency. I received 2 notices, each time they charged me an additional $10 interest. The only way I could stop the harassment by this company was to pay them. So now I'm sitting $99 out of pocket with 'NO' product show show for it. This company is absolutely despicable! Do yourself a favour ... stay away ... stay clear!

This company is a complete scam company.
I was looking for they product in stylelux.co.uk, but change my mind when i viewed the price.
There was no option to "pay later" or similar witch i can accidentally press
I did not ordered anything but a few weeks later, I received a package in the mail and today a letter "Important! Avoid debt collection now"

They are money grabbing thieves! Don't even make the mistake of going on their website. We need to post it on social media, to inform everyone out there and have a petition to close them down. We should trend it as #luxstyleScam Do it on Facebook, twitter and instagram. Post a picture of the item, or a screenshot of the result with the hashtag to raise awareness. That should do the trick.

Bestellung vor 14tage. Angeblicher Versand am selben Tag. In der Historie als zugestellt markiert aber nichts Erhalten.
Kontakt Anfangs zügig aber lediglich Textbausteine. Trotz 4,95 Versand keine Sendungsverfolgung. Soll mindestens 14 Tage warten...
Bei einer Bewertung welche negativ ist wird man "angezeigt " und behauptet dass man kein Kunde sei.

Like everyone said, I filled in my information to see what the product will cost, and decided that it was too expensive, so I simply closed the tab. I later received a package from Lux Style, with the product and a bill. However, I never ordered the product and they kept harassing me with bills. I haven't paid yet, and I will certainly not.

I'm just scared that I will have to go in court or something bad like that. Is there any potential treat if I just ignore them?

They captured my contact details although I did not place the order they pushed the product to me and keep sending invoices and applied penalty interest. They failed in collecting the product but keep sending invoices. They even forced me to pay for an item I have never received!!!

I reviewed their items and gave them my mail to see their prices.
Then i closed the window without purchase and a few hours later i recieved and email where they thanked me for my order. First i though i must have missclicked but then i saw what other people wrote on this site and realized it's how they make buissnies.

I also inputted my personal details to view the item then closed the window. After a few days, I received the product. I wrote them an email that I didnt order it. Felix from Customer Service said I did and I have to pay or return at my own postage cost to Denmark from CH. I told him he should send a prepaid postal stamp coz why would i pay postal. i didnt order & was unhappy before christmas! I research the company and found out that a lot of people are complaining and they are in the tv news & newspaper to beware of this SCAM.

The commentors adviced the OR Art 6 which stated that you can keep the item if you receive it even if you didn't order.

I still decided to send it back so there is no connection to this fraudulent company & it will just be additional garbage in the house.

Then I received Mahnung or demand payment. I sent then email that I've returned it. And i will discuss with my husband's lawyers. Then they replied that they received it but it's past the 14 day period so I they cant cancel the invoice . I have to pay. They can send me back the item. They really want your money. Dubious too that same customer service replied - Felix.. without surname. I replied & right away "Jean" replied with screenshot of order process that I can show to lawyers as she wrote.

Wow! Customer Service is not like that. And you dont collect from people when you already have the item back - unopened!

Lawyer advised to ignore. But I plan to check with SECO, police, Consumer Ombudsman Denmark. These people should be stopped and put to jail!

Let's report this company in all authorities & media.
