Fantastic company to deal with. Everyone in the team was extremely helpful and the product was very high quality.

The after sales service was very good with Luxunique, I ordered 2 x Black Aluminium Cube Log Stores, with one of them being slightly damaged during transportation. I contacted them and Emma ( their Director ) dealt with the issues very swiftly. Am generally happy with the quality of their products and will be looking at the garden corten edging products in the new year.

Great service, spoke on the phone to deal with some of my queries, and helped me make the right choices for our purchase. The products arrived on time and as described (corten steel log store cubes) and are now sitting happily in our garden storing logs. Great product and well engineered. Really impressed by this company, from ordering being so easy, and the borders and planters being terrific quality. They are expensive but the steel is going to last as it’s genuinely 3mm thick. It’s a small company and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The road suddenly became closed on our scheduled delivery day, I emailed on a Sunday they replied on a Sunday and they put it on next day so it arrived before the road shut for two weeks at no extra charge to me. The information on the order is great as they tell you how many kgs they are going to be and how many litres of soil you will need, when they are being custom made. Can’t recommend them more.
