AMAZING customer service
I think this company could be very close to the best customer service I’ve had from an online retailer. I had an issue with a product - which was completely no fault of the retailer - (products irritated my scalp) I had responses via email and they were so helpful, even offering an alternative product to try and calm my irritated scalp. I would say every customer/order is appreciated as opposed to huge well known companies. Luxuriouslook.co.uk certainly aim to please

Amazing customer service! You can tell they’re a lovely family run company who really cares about their customers.
I ordered a set of Davines products and unfortunately one had arrived damaged. Sarah responded within half an hour(!) and had already arranged a replacement for me, alongside some genuinely useful tips about the product line. Can’t thank them enough :)
