I've just received an £83 100% goose down pillow which is liberally studded with what I first thought must be plastic strands from a processing error. However, they turn out to be feathers, in a product that should contain NONE. Indeed, there is a feather texture throughout. They can easily be felt. The company cannot be contacted by email for anything more than a ~20 word message. They state they expect customers to pay for returns. I am waiting for a response from them but dissatisfied does not describe my reaction to this very poor quality product.

This is my first time experience of purchasing a duvet from this company and I was really delighted. After looking at a duvet in The White Company store , but seeing the super high price tag, I decided to shop around online and I came this company who provide much better value for money.

I purchased a canadian goose down duvet as a house warming gift , after speaking to Tony over the phone who was very helpful, I also got a fitted sheet, both of which were outstanding quality.

The recipient is really pleased, she said it is like a cloud and that her other duvet feels like poor quality now.

Thanks again to Tony for his help and good customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

We purchased 100% Hungarian Goose Down Duvet and mathcing Pillows in November 2024. We were initially thrilled, but the pillows developed a problem. We contacted the company and they have resolved the issue. The real test for any company is how they deal with a problem, and they did promptly. Thank you.

I have just taken delivery of my second duvet from this company which is a 7.5 Canadian goose down duvet. The quality is exceptional and the duvet is so soft and the fabric is of the highest quality. I am delighted with it.
The price point is very reasonable compared to what s on offer in the mainstream stores. Thank you.

We have used duvets for many years, but our experience of the 100% Hungarian Goose Down duvet from Luxury Bedding Company is head and shoulders above others. We are just so delighted with the quality, warmth, lightness and fill rate that we were inspired to make this review. We bought the king-size 10.5 tog duvet and during the cold winter months it has been exceptional.

The price is very good, making the duvet exceptional value.

I previously bought a Canadian goose down duvet from Brook and Wilde, for about £800 (10.5 tog). I thought it would last a long time, but after just 2 years big sections of the duvet had lost all filling.

Rather than buy another one premium priced one from Brook and Wilde, I thought I'd give this company a try instead, as their prices were very good, and also were offering a big promotional discount.

Very happy with the Canadian goose down duvet I received (15 tog). Whilst its unbranded, its good quality and for a third of the price I would have paid. The duvet is thick without being overly weighty, evenly filled, and with box stitched sections.

Even if it turns out it only lasts 2 years, its still amazing value compared to the previous one I bought.

Bought a 13.5 Tog 100% Canadian Goose Down Duvet after speaking to Tony in their office who was so helpful. My mum had previously bought the same duvet which had inspired me to consider buying the same. We are both super happy with the duvets, they are such top quality and labelled appropriately to state they are ethically sourced. Going to purchase the pillows next and my good friend is now going to order a duvet after seeing mine! They came packed so well in their own zipped bags and not air sucked like other manufacturers. They were also delivered the next day! Absolutely fantastic service!

Doesn’t even have no instructions or anything

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The delivery service was abysmal—I was never sent a tracking number and they delivered my parcel to a different address which I would never know unless I emailed them for an update about my order. When I tried to reach out to customer service for updates, I was met with unhelpful responses and an overall lack of engagement, most of the times ignored. It felt like they simply didn’t care about resolving my concerns.

To make matters worse, the duvet I received was far below expectations. The quality was shockingly poor. It felt cheap and uncomfortable.

I would strongly advise against making any purchases here. With so many better options available, save yourself the hassle and frustration. This is a company I’ll never be buying from again.

Ordered a double goose down duvet and was superb quality.
The customer service is second to none. Kate and Tony were great and very friendly. They really are a credit.
I wish all companies customer service was like theirs.

Purchased a lovely set of Hungarian Pillows and the Hungarian Duvet. Noticed I’d ordered the incorrect size of duvet so contacted them asap. Customer service second to none. Thanks luxury bedding company :)

Would have given this company no stars.
Ordered a Siberian Goosedown quilt, 15 Tog.
It seemed very thin on arrival, but smelled lovely and looked clean.
Contacted them, they agreed to a change it in case something wasn’t right with it.
The next one arrived. This time it was clear that they had sent a second hand duvet. It did not smell fresh, was not clean, actually had stains on it! Even worse, it was clear that this was a Hungarian goose quilt (I’ve had one of these before) the original label had been removed and they had clearly but very badly stitched a new label in stating this was a Siberian goose down quilt!. I contacted them requesting a proper Siberian replacement that I had originally ordered. The guy I spoke with agreed to this and also to send an Egyptian cotton fitted sheet because I was upset.
Upshot. Didn’t get my quilt, they just gave me my money back. No sheet ever arrived.
Stay clear. To be swapping labels onto second hand stained duvets is criminal. I have photos to prove this.

The customer service is remarkable! Tony was so helpful and answered my email queries within hours. When I ordered the Canadian Goose Down king quilt,10.5 tog and three Canadian Goose Down pillows, it gave me a delivery time of within two weeks. My order was delivered within 2 days!! I was on holiday at the time and Tony found that the delivery had been left at my local post office waiting for collection on my return.
Now that I've had the chance to air the bedding and sleep in it for a few nights I can say that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase! The quilt is so light and fluffy, yet so warm. My old quilt was 90% down and 10% feather and I can really tell a difference in the softness and quality of my new 100% down product.
I would highly recommend the Luxury Bedding Company to anyone looking for fantastic prices, customer service at its best and excellent quality!

I ordered a king size Hungarian goose down duvet from LBC in January for my son. The duvet came through in less than 2 weeks. However, we discovered after trying on a number of covers that the duvet was not the standard king size 230 x 220 but a couple of centimetres under. I emailed the company and after a couple of emails back and forth to arrange a collection time, they dispatched a replacement duvet out to me within 2 weeks and collected the original. The replacement is a perfect fit and also of much better quality than the one I originally received.

It's excellent quality and, given the price paid, extremely good value, and when I raised my query it was dealt with incredibly quickly and efficiently and the replacement was delivered and the old one collected in a completely hassle-free way. Excellent service, really great quality duvet, and I would absolutely definitely recommend this company - in fact I already have! And I'll definitely be using them again.
