Nice quiet location with a good local pub 20 minutes walk/ 5 minute drive away. Good sized kitchen and welcome pack included. Easy to find and access the property. Well cleaned

It was very easy to organise. Communication was excellent from start to finish with all queries responded to very quickly.

Great use of hot tub & sauna.

A lovely couple of nights stay. Very cosy with the log burner and boy did we need it after experiencing all 4 seasons in one day. The hot tub was great but did have an issue getting upto temperature but with a quick phone call we had Steve come to our aid and sorted it out aswell as stock us up with wood to keep us warm all night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it's so peaceful and a great way to unwind and forget about the stress of day to day life. My only issue would be the water pressure out the shower but it's not something that would stop me returning.

The property was beautifully furnished and had top quality appliances with the added luxury of a hot tub.
The location of the property gave a pleasant walk to the centre of Abersoch.
However, on arrival we noticed all 7 bins were full and only 4 bins were emptied a few days later. The lawn had not been cut, whereas adjacent properties had pristine lawns.
One room was very dirty. The settee was full of dog hairs. Under the seating cushions was dirty also. Upon moving the settee it was apparent that the room had not been vacuumed.

Fantastic house, location brilliant, was everything we needed for a family weekend away with 3 dogs. So much space to enjoy and so lovely to wake up to the view of the sea every morning. Would highly recommend. We loved it!

Well what can I say , this house was more than we expected . It has everything you could possibly need and more .
It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.
The kitchen was very well stocked and such a lovely touch to leave milk, bread and eggs as well as tea and coffee .
I would highly recommend staying here .

A fantastic home in a lovely setting with a friendly host

The accommodation was well presented and very clean. A good welcome pack awaited our arrival. There was everything we needed for a comfortable week away, even in February, and very pleased there were no extras - EV charging was included in the price.
Could not award 5 stars and there were several minor points that needed attention: TV picture was dark and could not be adjusted, remote for DVD player and fire did not work and a number of the light bulbs needed replacing. The main floor could do with sanding back and re-varnishing. However, none of these spoilt our stay at Ty Gwawr.

The property was beautiful and so well stocked/fitted out.
The hosts were amazing and on hand to make my stay stress free and easy.
Will defiantly use again.

Me & my girlfriends absolutely loved this cottage! From the moment we walked in, it smelt & looked so clean. Everything was well laid out, easy to find/work, very comfortable & well maintained. The only negative for us was the lighting really. Unless you wanted the very bright overhead spotlights on in the open plan kitchen/living area, there simply was not enough lighting in that space. We wanted to cosy up on the sofas, without the bright lights…. It just needs another lamp or 2 over in that area or a dimmable option on the overhead. It would have been nice to have a low light for overnight in the bathrooms too. Other than that we loved the cottage & would definitely look to return.

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful cottage in the Cotswolds. It was all that we thought it would be, very cosy and inviting, well equipped and it was dressed for Xmas which was an added bonus. We had the best Xmas there and will definitely be back
