I would highly recommend this company . I ordered a pack of tiles to match ones I had bought previously a few years ago and I had dropped a sink on them and cracked a few .I love the tiles so didn't want to replace the whole floor so was delighted when I found a match and for a very good price . Only came across this company in late December. Ordering the tiles was very straightforward. Communication from the company was excellent. There was a minor glitch with the delivery but customer service was on the ball and sorted it out very quickly. The tiles were exactly as advertised and we are very happy. I cannot recommend Luxury Tiles. We ordered two boxes of tiles from them and paid a delivery fee of £25 which you would expect would guarantee they would be handled with care. Unfortunately however half the tiles were shattered on transit. When I requested support (I was expecting a replacement or a refund) they refused. I am very disappointed and will not be buying from them again.
