I cannot praise LUXXO Home Interior enough for their support. I called with a complex issue I wasn't sure could be resolved on an order I had placed for a premium down comforter. Instead, Sarah Robinson took ownership immediately, showed genuine concern for my situation and followed up proactively with a solution the same day!

This kind of service is rare and made me feel like a valued customer.

Oh, and did I mention that the quality of their down comforters is best in class to say the least.

Worst Experience Ever _ Dont give yoyr money to this company DONT SPEND A PENNY ON _ YOU wont get it back there will be NO WAY TO GET ANY TYPE Of refund or whatsoever even if its not your fault once you pay them _ forget about the rest_item it self ,delivery , or changed mind in a second _ no refund.

Received my order which was delivered in a timely manner. The quality is excellent. Highly recommended with first class customer service.

Product quality and customer service were both solid.

Everything was amazingly wonderful. The products I bought, were as elegant in real life as they are online. The workmanship is excellent.
I received kid-glove care from Sarah, who took care of me. I had to customize some sizes and she nurtured the process with kindness and with immediate care, even though her time frame is 5 hours different than my own.

I wish all businesses were run with this care! thank you

I ordered Bohemian Orient Duvet Cover Set it is amazing . Never seen this quality . I ordered before on other similar sites but it was poor quality . This is 5* luxury hotel room that I dreamed for years . I will buy more soon

I bought a set of the Majestic Blue bedding. I wanted to achieve the same look as in the photos, but when my order arrived I found that that there was no beautiful blue boarder on the flat sheet . Just plain. I was obviously disappointment I rang Sarah, who has been a real treasure. She rang the factory to find out the problem and was told that the flat sheet I wanted (with the blue boarder )only came with the set of 10. I did not see this mentioned anywhere. However, Sarah contacted the factory again for me. Apparently there had been a misunderstanding on the part of the factory, but they offered to send me the flat sheet that I wanted in the first place free of charge. So happy ending!! The quality is good but without the help of Sarah I would not have achieved the end result. Had I not had all the frustration, I would have given a 5*

Received damaged goods, customer service not very helpful and on one occasion quite rude! I returned items, initially they wanted me to pay for return. I have waited weeks and still not received refund, they are not based in the UK, which I feel they should make clear as this delays returns. Just given excuse after excuse to delay my refund. I feel this is not a reputable company. Eventually contacted my bank to inform them of my experience.

Ordered a uk super king set and received an emperor size. I sent photographs with explanation and with the help of Sarah the order was corrected. Whole cost of returns process was covered by the company. Received new bedding and am delighted with it. It was a long wait while the returned items went through chinese customs but that's just how it is. I could track the items all the way through the returns process and Sarah stayed in touch. I would purchase from this company again as the quality is beautiful.

Poor Quality and Overpriced!
I ordered two bedding sets from this store and spent almost €400. What I received was nothing like the luxurious photos on their website. The bedding has crooked seams. One of the kids’ sets is exactly the same as the one I personally saw on AliExpress and Amazon for just €30!
To make things worse, if you want to return the items, you have to pay for return shipping and cover customs fees as well.
I strongly advise against buying from this store.

I read a lot of reviews about Luxxo before ordering my first bedding set- Imperial Sapphire 4 piece. The chat with the customer service had been amazing throughout. Since this set isn't a best seller, they took a few days to get it make and ship (received within 7-8 days). But it was worth the wait. It is a beautiful design on amazing Egyptian cotton that looks more like silk. It gave me the confidence to order Kleopatra 10 piece set. After receiving the second set I cannot decide if I like the first one more or the second one! Both are just AMAZING! WILL BE USING THEM FOR MORE ORDERS SOON. Thank you Luxxo. I haven't been paid to write this review but those like me who read some other reviews online and think the company is fake or the pictures are fake, belive me it's not. The product is better than what it is in the pictures on their website. Order with confidence!
