If I could give zero stars I would. Communication from this company is non existent. No updates on status of order, still says preparing for shipment after 2 weeks….item was supposed to ship in 2 days time. BUYER BEWARE

The phone # that is listed-fake, The email address listed-fake, No one has ever contacted me back. I ordered the double decker wagon that is loaded with horse shit( never got delivered) i ordered on the 3rd thinking its taking long cuz of the 4th of july and still sitting here waiting for my wagon to show up. Very unprofeesional, no info on the owner and i just learned that we have to be vigilant on the length of any online store like when they started up and how long the online has signed up for and this particular company who is connected to LuxeDrive, Luxsora, automatestore, Apex, Zeetas, Jim Auto Car, are connected and almost positive have seperate llc to protect there other fraudulant scams when one goes down, the other will even out and so I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THESE COMPANIES THAT ALL A GROUP OF SCAM ARTISTS AND WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND FBI ....REALLY SAD BUT WE HAVE TO USE BETTER JUDGEMENT WHEN GIVING OUT OUR INFORMATION ONLINE. I HAVE LEARNED TO CONTACT ALL ONLINE COMPANIES PHONE # AND CHAT ON THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT LINE AND SEE IF THERE EMAIL WORKS ALSO CHECK FOR THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND JUST DO DILIGENCE AND GET LIKE A SECURITY SOFTWARE LIKE LIFE LOCK, AURA, IDENTITY GUARD,ETC

This company is Fraud. They charged my card multiple times. NEVER ORDER from this company.

I purchased 2 items from Luxzora yesterday and today was contacted by my card of questionable charges on the card which totaled over $1,000 from the same company. Fortunately, I was not charged with the amount. The company is a Fraud! Don’t order from this company!

As with many of the recent reviews, I got phished for bank fraud too. I saw the ad on Instagram and purchased the double decker wagon for $29.99. My card was charged the $29.99, then a few hours later got an unauthorized charge for $400, both transactions listed as CP*MODERN OFFICE SUPPL Los Angeles CA 90048 . Luckily my bank caught it right away.

I wish I'd looked earlier! I just ordered from them this morning (a fold-able wagon) I was really excited after an insta add that showed a massive sale price and saw all 5 star reviews. 5 hours later my card company messaged me to see if I was making a $279 transaction. After putting NO I logged into my card app and I had numerous fraudulent charges - 5 transactions for $300+ at the same store that the Luxazora purchase was under! And as I called to cancel my card they were still trying to charge more things at pet supply stores, and more sporting goods stores.

I should have checked here for reviews before purchasing! Stupid me trusted their claimed trustpilot score posted on their website. As others said, after my confirmed purchase for $39, there was an immediate fraud attempt for $379 at a claimed pet supplies store. I had to cancel my bank card and order a new one. Also it's been 2 weeks and it doesn't show my item as shipped, so I doubt I'll even get that. Definite scam company

Ordered a double decker beach cart for 29.99 so was charged 29.99 and 399. They tried 3 more times at 399 but my bank caught it.

Scam. Company came up as toy bank on my statement. They also tried multiple times to make other charges, one costing 279.99. I was notified by my bank my card was blocked and got a fraud alert. Their so called email support is a fraud too. Please don’t try to buy on this site.

I got a fraud alert from Citibank. I now have to get a new card.

They go by many names that you won't find here. LuxeDrive, Luxsora, automatestore, Apex, Zeetas, Jim Auto Car, they are so the same. For me personally, of you see any two toned auto dash covers that are advertised as "custom", DO NOT BUY THEM. I wish to God I could post a picture.

Time taken to be delivered to Australia very good. Shoes good as well

I noted that my order was shipped today, nearly a month after I ordered. I emailed asking where my order was a couple of weeks ago, and received no response.

I won't rate the product because I haven't seen them yet.

The product I got is not the same as shown on the picture. Quality is terrible, I wouldn't buy to this joint again.

Have sent multiple emails asking where my order is and no reply, very poor communication skills
