RUPTERED OIL TANK: The inner lining (bund) of our 6 year old oil tank ruptured - escaping fuel causing the outer tank to bulge. Fearing the worse (i.e. cost of a new tank), I called Scott at LV Fuel Services who said he'd speak to the tank supplier and promised to call me back that afternoon. Scott did call back as promised, and immediately reassured me that the tank was still under Warranty....relief!
Throughout the next couple of weeks, Scott continually kept in touch, keeping me informed of developments. On the day of installation, Morgan arrived at the time scheduled and the installation was seamless and painless!
It was a delight to experience such great customer service - thank you LV

These were validated from our initial contact with the Sales Manager,Scott . We needed a quick Oil tank replacement and Scott provided a quote at a great price and was able to provide a speedy service to help
Us out. Morgan and Pete, the two engineers who came to fit the tank were incredibly helpful, polite and efficient, making sure we were happy with everything before they left.

These guys are great. I rang to arrange for a tank removal and they did it the next day with clear communication about when they'd arrive and they did a great job, removing all the fuel, hoses and the tank itself.

Found this company online, needed to replace an oil tank that was falling apart. Spoke with Scott his advice was clear and precise and the quote was with me the same day. The guys that installed were polite, efficient and very tidy. Would recommend this firm without hesitation.

Just used to get a disused oil tank emptied Very efficient and great level of communication and prompt response. Competitive priced quotes based on three other companies contacted (all of which messed us about) Don't be put off if you are contacted by a different sales person each time, this seems to just be how they work. Once i had agreed the quote i was given a day and time that there engineer could come. There engineer txt me on the day scheduled to confirm and gave his contact details
He turned up on time, was very experienced and friendly and did a great job

Very panicky, as thought we would run out of oil during very cold weather. Elderly, infirm husband. Tried several suppliers and no one could do next day delivery, except for LV Fuels. After internet enquiry, got phone call very quickly - efficient and helpful. Only worry was it was very expensive and immediate payment required, but credit card accepted. Engineer who called friendly and helpful
