Quick to respond and super nice
As the title says, they were quick to respond and nice. Only part of my entries reflected on my account and the customer service replied and fixed it within 12 hours. Its mostly a "raffle site" with a few items for purchase that increase your odds of winning. They also donate to a charity, so thats cool.
