Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Wanted to change date for seeing Joseph and his amazing technicolour dream coat. Had a very quick response telling me to book date I wanted and I would be refunded for other ticket. Refund going through right now on same day I contacted customer relations. Very impressed, could not have asked for better service.

Super customer service!
I had to re-book Cinderella tickets due to ever changing personal circumstances and wasn't even sure if I could do so again. Lindsey at LWT could not have been more helpful or quicker and I am so grateful for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for different theatre companies, some of which take a life time to respond and/or refund.Thanks SO much to LWT and Lindsey for being super efficient.

EXCELLENT PROMPT SERVICE
On two occasions have had to have refunds for cancelled shows very prompt service replying to emails almost by return and also issuing refunds very promptly

Best customer service I have experienced
I emailed LW theatres with a query regarding my tickets. Customer relations emailed back to me within 24 hours. Their response proved to me they had looked into my query and they have actually resolve it. I'm bothering to write this review because I don't remember a company so easy to deal with. Used to deal with customer services with the likes likes of energy internet providers, I only wish they were all like this.
