Beautiful tanks and excellent service. The tanks I ordered were too small, so I emailed Lyn Tanks. They replied immediately and are sending me a bigger size and are only charging me for the postage. I can keep the original tanks too (or give away if I choose).

Quick response when needing to return for a larger size, very efficient and easy. Thank you

The tanks are everything you say they are, and the customer service haa been outstanding. I had a hiccup with my online order, but the team have gone out of their way to ensure everything was fixed. Astonishing service in this digital world. Thankyou.

Do not buy this product! Poor quality sewing and material. Same size but different fit of tops purchased. Padded cups easily move out of shape. Promoted a good for older women but this is not an easy top to wear. Terrible return service. Sent photos of poor products but could only get 20% refund.

The follow up service after this was terrible the goods are sized incorrectly I sought advice and the size was to small the next size up 5XL !!! Will also be to small - I am a size 16. Their solution is pay more money get more Tanks that won’t fit - but no need to send anything back. These tops are not comfortable when they are too small.

Addition to my review, today 14/7/26 I received a full refund. I am grateful for this and have learned that I can't trust any website to say where the goods are coming from. Clothing from Hong Kong never fit and its too expensive to send back with signature required. Have a hmmm moment and take a walk to the shops and have a nice day trying on and talking to humans. :-)

If you are going to offer extra one for discount of $13.88, then we should really have had a choice at that point whether to take the 3 plus 2 free ones. I tried to go to the cart to change order to buy 3 and it was too late and the checkout page can't be located.
Can't rate you now until I get the product as you feel dodgy already. :(
After receiving the items that completely mis-shape my chest and sizing varies dependent on the colour, and my checking how to return and get a refund, I find it is not possible. 30% refund is not good enough. NZ Consumers Act says I am entitled to a full refund. I definitely wouldn't deal with this company again. They pretend they are in NZ but the products are undersized and come from Hong Kong.

Size chart is not accurate. A different size chart (and more realistic) is shown after completing the order, but then it’s too late. Had to email immediately after ordering asking to change the size of my order. Not ideal. Hope you can fix that. Thanks

A very poor product. Their sizing is way off and the product is very cheaply made with poor fabric. I would not recommend buying this product. A complete waste of money.

This is a scam. The images on the marketing do not match the goods supplied. Lyn's Tanks pop up on facebook in various guises, all purporting to be independently endorsed by women's doctors etc. It purports to be a NZ business that sells at markets, with beautifully made items in what looks like a soft cottony type stretch fabric. What is actually supplied is cheap and nasty - nylon acrylic, heat seamed, poorly made, ridiculously small and tight, delivered straight out of asia after some delays. They look like what is advertised on temu not what shows on the Lyn's Tanks marketing sites. When I complained and requested a refund, I received emails that read very much like AI generated responses, even though they had names signed, eg Issa, etc. I was first offered 30% refund, that was subsequently increased to 50%. They said they have no system or agents to receive or process returns - not surprising that they don't want them back - and I could keep the goods. If this was an actual NZ business, selling at actual markets they could easily receive returned goods. I am still requesting a full refund and am being told that I am being referred to a 'specialist'. This possibly means an actual person, but possibly not. The method of ordering was also deceptive. I wanted to order one but was fooled into ordering four, after clicking an extra discount tab after I had entered by payment details. There was no opportunity to review anything at checkout as is usually the case when ordering on-line. Everything about Lyn's Tanks is false and deceptive. Definately SCAM.

I am usually a size M, however the website suggested I order a size up, which I did, but unfortunately they were still too tight. All three tanks were replaced (for an extra large) with no questions asked. All I had to pay was the postage fee. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had a problem with the size of my Tanks. Lynn's sorted it out for me without problems. I am just waiting on my replacements now. Staff very pleasant to work with.

I ordered 3 tanks but in the wrong size, I advised Lyn’s immediately and they were fabulous, just asked me to pay shipping only for replacements!! Great service!

I made a mistake when ordering the sizes and asked what I do about it and got a response almost immediately.

When I first received my medium size tank tops(my normal size for vras and t sheets) and it was definately too small ,I was very disappointed .
Then I recieved a follow up email promptly after they arrived.Asking if I was happy with my purchase.
Honestly Ive NEVER received product back up service like it .Totally amazing .They genuially cared.!
My bra tops were replaced in less than a week.
This is the best back up service on the planet .I am very grateful for their caring attitude and service

I ordered a Large - I received a tiny badly-made top which was so small it would not fit my teenage granddaughter. No hemming - it has just been cut and sewn together - loose threads and very poor manufacturing. I am trying to get a refund - I will admit I got an immediate response from Lyn. Just waiting to find out where I return it to. I hope it is a NZ address.

I really thought that this was NZ company, As soon as I got the product I realised that it was highly unlikely that it was as the product was shipped from China. According to their sizing chart I ordered the size I thought would fit me but it was way too small.
These tanks are not cheap and very poorly constructed.
I immediately contacted the company and requested a refund as the garment is not as described or like the garments pictured on their website. They responded to my email immediately Offering a 50% refund or a replacement. I rejected both and insisted I get a full refund.
After agreeing to the full refund which they say should be in my account in 5-10 working days that hasn't happened and now many emails later I am still in the process of chasing up my refund. Their business practice are poor to say the least.
I am pretty sure that those garment pictures on their website are probably AI generated.
I would not recommend this company to anybody. There are heaps of other options available from the likes of Shein or Temu and probably Ailexpress and all better quality and cheaper,
