Interesting industry projects. Wonderful staff. Competitive rates. The do need to be integrated with multiple payment systems. Expert network portal user experience could improve - specifically on tracking past projects to assist in removing project ambiguity.

The best part about Lynk are the people. I have deep respect for their India team. They value customer relationships and set the bar high.

EDIT: After posting the review I was paid most of my fee, the work was completed around 4-5 months ago and has now been resolved.

The customer support team that i had dealt with after this review had been posted seemed genuinely interested in helping, so i cant fault those guys.

This platform is very good, easy to connect, good communication, good rate and support the expertise. One thing that I would like to mention is LYNX staff, they should protect the benefits of the expert consultant and negotiate with customer instead.

The entire process of signing up, enquiry about the assignment, closure with the client and the actual conversation - the entire process is super-smooth and handled very professionally by the Lynk team. The payments come before time and there are no follow-ups required.

A good platform to connect with. They engage people with right requirement. Payment do come on time, however, a day of reminder is required for release. May look into time management of responsiveness. My overall experience is very satisfying.
