Misleading and Fraudulent Company - Avoid at All Costs
I had an awful experience with Lyvazza. The website presents itself as an American company with Italian origins, but this is completely false. I ordered three items totalling £112, and what arrived was nothing like advertised. The materials were cheap and plastic-like, and the packaging was unprofessional – just a black plastic bag with a handwritten label.
The company refused to refund me unless I returned the items to China at my own expense, despite no mention of this during purchase. They also insisted on a tracking number after I’d already sent the items back, making it impossible to claim my refund. When I challenged them, their email address was suddenly "not registered."
This company is clearly operating in bad faith. I’m pursuing legal action to recover my money and urge others to steer clear of this scam. Don’t waste your time or money.
