Excellent customer service. I couldn't get on with the product I bought, they refunded me with no quibble.
Will shop again with Sunnygo

placed an order early April not a word since and website no longer works. Don't trust

Very impressed with the service and I was advised that I did not have to return the faulty item. Sunnygo have also agreed to a full refund despite them not examining the item. Slightly below 5 star review as they advertise that they will respond within 24 or 48 hours. I had to contact them several times before getting any reply.

Excellent customer service. They sent me the wrong item, I got in touch via email and explained and within a couple of days they sent me a refund and apologised. Couldn’t fault them.

customer representative was very helpful with my problem. It was dealt professionally and a quick response.

I was concerned that as I had not heard confirmation of the order that it had it been placed.
But I wrote a comment on Facebook and was then contacted by a nice guy who showed me the shipping information.
The product arrived a few days later.

Ordered 2x invisible belts 1 brown pair 1 black pair, however a single brown and a single black arrived, despite numerous emails and messages on their site they have completely ignored my requests to rectify their mistake or issue me a refund , so basically they have scammed and stolen my money!

They state they have refund policy - I have asked & sent four e mails now since December asking for a refund - no reply. There does not apear to be a contact number to ring for customer services.
I would suggest avoiding purchasing from here unless you are certain you will be keeping the item whatever condition it arrives in. No stars would be my preferred option!

I ordered the Pop up Valentine Card's 7 of them.

Order date was February 3rd 2026. I was getting worried tbh.

To be honest i nearly contacted my bank after reading all the reviews, but hey ho i have got them.

They arrived the day before Valentine's day. The packaging was very good. Each card was packaged separately as well.

I am very impressed with the card. The quality is very good too. Exactly as you see it on the adverts.

My wife was well happy xx

I ordered goods they never acknowledged the order took the payment and I've sent two emails and text to all the contact information,I ended up having to dispute with my credit card companyHowever they arrived tonight without any information

Item is good but one of my jugs was broken. Advised company and requested replacement but heard nothing. This attitude gives decent companies a bad reputation

Terrible.. 2 attemps of trying to buy something i was after and wouldn't let me..

Scammers. Products not as described and useless. No answer to complaint emails.

A Criminal Operator - Run by an Organised Crime Gang - Period. 20 days following my order - no delivery, no, updates, no email communication. No response to my email chasing the order. A Complete SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these crooks. You will loose your money. Next stop Trading Standards Department.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered an item worth £11.99 and it added more to my order bringing yhe cost to £38.99 . I paid without realising. I emailed to cancel and received no reply. The only email I got was to say they'd received my money. Luckily i raised the issue with PayPal and was refunded

No product delivered no way to contact avoid at all cost

Very poor communication from this company. Received an email saying that my package had been delivered. It had not. Tried to send a message to their customer service. It wouldn’t send.
