First of all I want to give this SO CALLED COMPANY no stars but to move forward I had to give one!
The dresses I ordered looked quite nice online so I ordered 2 ( what an idiot I was)…… Embroidered material. Curtain material I would say. Like you all here I was bluffed and told couldn’t get a refund, gob smacked I was. Offered a reduction on another product,then another percentage,but i don’t want their rubbish dresses. Send them back to China,I didn’t buy them from China but they came from feltham……
Going and coming with mails I decided I would give them nothing so a sending them back to China.
Let’s see if a full refund comes back to me.like you all I should have checked reviews of the company, I won’t do this again.Rubbish and I’m surprised they can continue selling anything.

Bought a dress and it’s awful creased and such poor quality. Asked to return it and I have to pay which is more than I paid for the dress. It says 100% return in 30 days Ridiculous!! They offered a 10% reduction but I would not wear the dress!!

I also wish I had read the reviews on this fraudulent company. Mabel LONDON - what a joke! Cheap, unfinished garments and they have the nerve to charge astronomical prices. These sweatshops that are peddling their tat on social media should be shut down.
It took 6 weeks to arrive and when I kept querying the order they told me they were waiting for an item that was out of stock and would send all items together. Nowhere does it mention this crap comes from China!! I would never have parted with my cash if I had known.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Item was too big and poor quality, asked for refund and was told had to send to the Netherlands at a cost of around £30, which was over half the item cost! I was offered a 25% refund which I took as not worth the cost and hassle to return! Will never buy from them again!

Ordered a pair of shorts from Mabel London and honestly had a really good experience. Delivery was quick and the shorts looked exactly like the photos. The quality is really nice, the material feels solid and comfortable, and the fit was spot on. I’ve worn them a lot already and they’ve held up well after washing

The quality of the items were shocking. Sizing wrong, seams not finished off. One pyjama set ordered as a Large size came with the bottoms around a size 10. I was invited to return them at my expense to China or offered a 15% discount which equated to £9 when I had spent a total of £60+. Their website leads you to believe they are London based which isn’t the case. Buyer beware!!
Update: In the end they actually offered to replace with something else free of charge but I declined. They credited my Bank account with £10 and I kept the goods. So I have increased my stars from one to three.

This company is a fraud, offering garments and prices that have no resemblence to what is recieved absolute "tat".
Illustrations and descriptions give the impression of nicely produced textiles etc and what is delivered is rubbish transfer printed cheap garments like old fashioned school football kits from the 70-80's. Buy from this company at your peril a complete waste of time and money.

Shocking.
Not US based as their website says. China based crap, with no service. Do not order if you think you will get your items in 4-10 days.
Ordered 8 days ago. Still not been shipped. Keep being g told there is a delay and they will tell me shortly when they will ship. Then up to 10 business days to arrive- it will be over 4 weeks by then from date I ordered. And judging by the reviews don’t bother sending it back! What a waste of my money and now need to keep looking for a new dress for my event

This company is a fraud please whatever you do do not order from them. RUN AWAY!!

It’s a scam company and they send horrible cheap clothes in wrong sizes nothing like the pictures - I wish I had checked them out before I ordered. Cheap Chinese clothes and not even good knock offs - no where near quality or design of pics - I won’t ask for money back as that will allow them more access to my data. Just stay away

If I could give it less than 1 star I would terrible customer service and one excise after another about the delay in delivery will update again if I ever receive the parcel

Terrible company, don’t touch them. Wrong sizing, inferior quality. Think it is a UK company but expect you to return to China, which is expensive. Offer a percentage return payment under the pretence they environmental. Difficult even to get the agreed refund. They are a scam so called company. Stay away

Hi I wish I read the previous comments before bying. same story - shabby coat nothing like what the website shows. very poor quality and no body responds to any emails - My money down the waste bin. Do not buy from these companies. absolute scam.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolute Scam. Conmen. Wrong goods sent, shoddy materials and size. Received parcel from a British address based in Birmingham and contact via website address given for confirmation that this was correct, as there was no Company Name in parcel as per their advice, received 9 automated e-mails, total waste of time - I hit a brick wall!!!!!

I didn’t want to even put one star…. Total scam, wished I had read these reviews before buying!! Same as others, poor quality, coat not at all what it looked like total rubbish and for any refund need to return to China! More expensive shipping than cost of coat so in the bin it goes!

Super cheap fabric, tried to return... there website says they do returns within 30 days. However if you do want to return you have to send it back to China!! Which is quite expense.

save yourself the time and effort and buy somewhere else.

TOTAL SCAM, Do not buy from this company. They claim to be in London but they are in China. The coat I ordered is nothing like the picture, it has no labels on it and was tiny. It was going to be too expensive to return to China so had to keep it and bin it, not great for the environment considering they claim to be so concerned about being eco friendly.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I wish I read these reviews before using this website. The item arrived and I couldn’t believe it - it’s the cheapest material and looks completely different to the website. It doesn’t even have labels on it. And you can’t send it back because it costs so much money. Disgusting company.

Total scam!! Don’t order there clothes are cheap and look terrible when they arrive there is no way the item I received was originally 60£. I’m unable to return as it costs to much to send to China! So I have learnt my lesson.
