For many years we struggled with our PPC accounts, even still we were very reluctant to hand over our accounts, mainly due to the amount of companies out there who claim to produce fantastic results. However going with the guys at Mabo was the best thing we have ever done, our click through rate has gone up massively and business is good, the result being a very happy boss.
Dean is always on hand to explain any questions and the montly reports ensure we're always up to date with our campaign progress :)

Since Mabo began managing our PPC campaigns we have seen huge improvements in ROI. Great service all round, very responsive to queries and requests, their activity is clearly explained and regularly reported. Very nice guys to work with too, I would recommend Mabo to any company looking to outsource PPC management.

Lee and his team come very highly recommended. As somebody new to PPC and online advertising it seemed like a minefield for me. Lee explained things in a logical way and he certainly is an expert in his field. As a new business pricing was also very important for me and Mabo Media charged a very competitive rate for their services. I do and will continue to use them in the future.

I had my doubts about using an external company for managing campaigns but the team at Mabo have certainly surpassed my expectations. With regular up-dates and progressive intervention on campaigns we have increased coverage at at better ROI. Thanks Dean for all your support.

At first I was a little frustrated with certain aspects of the service, but these issues were diagnosed, discussed and resolved after having a conversion with Lee.

I have no doubt of the ability and knowledge of Mabo Media, their pricing for smaller businesses is also extremely fair.

If you are committed to put in the time, cost and energy to make the campaign successful it is beneficial to have a company with knowledge on board. Mabo Media are one of the more approachable & friendly agencies I have come across.

Having managed our own PPC account for a number of years, we realised that we simply could not keep up with the constant changes to Ad Words, and a such were not getting the best possible performance from our account. We had tried a number of PPC agencies, and all without doubt knew less about PPC than we did, despite their polished sales pitches. Mabo, on the other hand have been consummate professionals, their knowledge of Ad Words is second to non. They have taken a genuine interest in our products and our company and have performed as if they were part of our own team.
Would give them 6 stars if it was possible!

From first contact Lee has been nothing but professional, informative and provides fantastic customer care every time I contact him. Review text: "As a small retailer with one shop and an online store I needed some help to maximise my online presence and had no idea where to begin. When Mabo first contacted me, there was something about their honest and down to earth approach. They weren't being pushy and salesy. I had received at least 2 calls and emails a week from other companies wanting to look after my adwords but did not have the same gut feeling about them as I did with Mabo. I needed to understand and trust the guys dealing with my adwords. I wasn't quite ready for Mabo's services to begin with but after a couple of months I called them and they allocated me with my own account manager. He has been patient and explains everything to me clearly and always has time for a call if I need it explained further - which is most of the time.
I am now happy to say that my online sales have increased and my google billing has halved. Brilliant service!

We worked with these guys before they branched out on their own and they did a fantastic job for us. Then they left and we had had much lesser mortals managing our PPC with the subsequent massive nose-dive in performance coupled with increased costs. These guys are fantastic!

Our account is maintained regularly but what set's them apart from the other agencies that I have used is that they never become complacent. They continuously search out new areas to improve on and genuinely care about the business and what we're trying to achieve.

We have used many PPC companies in the past but have now found the company we wish to stick with. Mabo Media have provided us with fantastic results and go out of their way to help.I would highly recommend using Mabo Media.

Having worked with Lee and his team for a number of years I have always found them to be an excellent partner agency to work with. Clients have been over the moon with the results they have helped drive. An example could be a reduction in spend of 25% purely through efficiency savings alone!

They are always accessible, at the end of the phone (or Skype), proactive with reporting which is fantastic - I never have to ask for a report because I know they will be there within a day or so of the month ending.

We have worked closely with Lee on several projects recently and he has become a valuable member of our agencies team. Been able to quickly draw on his wealth of experience around not just Google Adwords but PPC in general is a huge advantage when modelling digital business growth.
