why after I brought a life time payment for maw paw, cleaner, then all of a sudden it says it as been cancelled, where nobody will help, I got in touch with macaw, on email, to be told some thing or other that it is all not do with Russia, is this a con or not, Ive been using macaw for many years, then this happens, can anybody advise out there,

Install was completed on time and professionaly. The susequent follow up for servicing was handled with great care and consideration of the COVID-19 situation. The engineer that attended was polite and helpful. Taking all factors of service and cost of equipment into consideration, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
