They sent me the wrong dress and are now not answering and it’s been a month.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A FAKE.

Charged my credit card and didn’t send the items ordered. This company is a complete fake, I should have read reviews before my daughter to order from them. Now I have hours worth of fighting to refund the amount charged, and still have to buy a prom dress! No working phone and no response to emails.

This company is a fraud. The phone number on their website does not work. They do not respond to emails. They do not ship orders.

This company messed up big time! They sent me a completely different dress than what I ordered. I found this website from pintrest, I didn’t think anything of it, and so I bought a dress for prom. Well good thing I bought it a couple months in advance! So I emailed them (their phone number doesn’t even work) and they emailed me a generic response telling me to just “try it on”. Ya, no. It was for prom, and I ended up with a dress for a semi formal or even a more “hooker” type. So I told them that I wanted a refund and to send me a label, and they told me I had to create my own! Which was almost 70 dollars to send it back to China! So I did not reply and ended up having to keep the dress that I will never wear. Now I have just ordered a new dress. Do not buy from this company!!!

Buyer beware - I received the wrong product - no tags, no return receipt, no sign of the order on their website when I went to an old email to check the order. Do not shop here!

They sent me the wrong item, wanted me to send it back to CHINA (their website says they are in the US), would not send a prepaid shipping label and I was denied a refund.
