MacUpgrades Opiniones

Good product received, arrived on time. All as expected.

Helped me a few times with repairs and upgrades, always very helpful and good to deal with.

Sad to report that as of June '23 they have ceased trading, citing component serialisation and non-replaceable component design as affecting their repair business to an unsustainable degree.

Such a shame. Thank you so much for the help over the years.

The team updated my iMac quickly at a good price so I am very happy with them and will use them next to update my MacBook Pro.

Prompt service and exceptionaly clean and good condition

Hi - many many thanks to Gavin for his excellent professional help over the last two months. Our iMac is 2011 and still going strong as a result of MacUpgrades” support and repair.

very fast, had what I was looking for and even offered to double check if my laptop matches the screwdriver on checkout. can recommend!

Excellent helpful company to deal with. The work hard to solve problems in a very professional manner. I would certainly recommend this company to Mac users. GB

The memory I wanted was for an older machine I thought I might struggle to narrow it down but the help system enabled me to hone straight in on the exact type. Impressive.

Very good worked well

Fast turnaround on my repair. Excellent service.

Exactly what was needed, quickly delivered.

Easy ordering. Good value. Prompt delivery.

I have had several Macbooks repaired for very reasonable prices that were rejected as scrap by Apple. They are now functioning high performing and reliable. There is a ‘recycle if economical’ philosophy at MacUpgrades and they will run through the options with over the phone to help decide what repairs make sense. Instead of throwing good laptops away, MU can fix them and you can donate to charity if you can’t use them.

You sent the wrong Memory card !!!!! Was told there was only 1 digit difference in the SKU number to the one I wanted. If you knew this why don't you really change the number so there is no possibility for confusion?

As ever, prompt service that exceeds expectations :)
