Hello, sorry for not replying sooner, but we were not using Trust Pilot. We are a UK based business and are very unhappy to hear that you have had a bad experience with a retailer in Australia. I understand that this is now probably too late, but we would be happy to investigate why you may have been let down by a retailer selling our products. .
If you can email details of the store that you made your purchase from to sales@madbeauty.com, we can speak with our distributor in Australia to see if we can resolve this for you. If this was on the Madbeauty Web site, please copy in any emails or correspondence, so that we can investigate at our end.
