I purchased 2 of their products, and made sure I was not signed up for recurring monthly subscription. I was sent the following months worth and tried to contact the company and was unable. Until I disputed it with my credit card company, then I receive a message from a random number that does not even say the contact’s name. Beware!!! I haven’t even used the product and at this point with this kind of Ethic I don’t want to risk. I’m not sure what I was sent. I only gave 1 star because there is no way of giving 0 stars

Our subscription terms are clearly disclosed during checkout and require customer acknowledgment before an order is placed. Your order was enrolled in the recurring subscription that you selected at the time of purchase.
We also attempted to resolve this matter directly with you. After the chargeback was filed, we reached out from our official customer support line in an effort to discuss the situation and reach a resolution, but unfortunately we were unable to do so before the dispute proceeded.
At no point did we send an unidentified product. All medications are prescribed by a licensed provider and dispensed by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy with prescription labeling identifying the medication and patient information.
We always encourage customers to contact us before filing a dispute so we have the opportunity to assist. We remain committed to providing transparent policies and responsive customer support, and we wish you all the best.

Amazing results!
Weight loss/ wellness journey can be very overwhelming as there is so much information out there. Madison Meds has been nothing short of amazing. The support team is always available to answer questions, the website is very clear in description and ordering/delivery of products is seamless. In 11 weeks I have lost 22 pounds and continue to hit my goals. My skin is better than it’s ever been. I am so thankful for Madison Meds and the support that has been provided to me and excited to see where the rest of my journey takes me.

Exceeded Every Expectation. 15 Pounds Lost in My First Month
I rarely write reviews, but Madison Meds has exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
The entire process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Getting started was easy, communication was prompt, and every question I had was answered quickly. The medication shipped fast, and I was impressed by how professionally everything was packaged. It arrived well-protected, with clear instructions, and gave me confidence that they truly care about their patients.
The results have also been amazing. I’ve lost 15 pounds in my first month, which is especially impressive because I didn’t have a significant amount of weight to lose to begin with. Positive Experience So Far

I’ve been using Madison meds for only a few weeks now but so far so good. The onboarding process was quick and simple. I am only taking their Sema and it seems to be working, albeit slowly for me. Customer service is great and they are easy to get ahold of.
They carry other products but I haven’t tried any other than the Sema.
If you’re looking for a place to start, I recommend starting at Madison meds

Very disappointing experience. I was shown and recommended GHK-Cu ONLY! during the intake process, but ended up receiving a completely different triple peptide combination (based on their own test results I wasn’t a good candidate for it) After multiple emails, they admitted their checkout process was confusing, yet still refused to replace, exchange, or help in any way. I felt completely misled and dismissed as a customer. Please be extremely careful before ordering from this company.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. After a full review of your order, we confirmed that the medication dispensed matched the product selected during checkout. The screenshot later provided referenced a different intake flow and was not tied to the completed order.
At no point was the incorrect medication sent. All prescriptions are reviewed by a licensed clinician and compounded specifically for the individual patient based on the order submitted. Because compounded medications are custom-made and non-returnable, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once dispensed.
We do take patient feedback seriously, but we also want to clarify for future patients that the intake and checkout process accurately reflects the medication selected prior to payment submission. Patient safety, prescription accuracy, and transparency remain top priorities for our team.
