The border on the mat I ordered is very uneven and a lot of my customers noticed and commented on it. I cleaned it three times with a household upright vacuum cleaner, the vacuum had a double handful of the mat fibers in the vacuum every time. I'm afraid that one more cleaning and it will have bare spots in it. The mat is such poor quality that I replaced it after my store was open only two weeks.

My mats were an inch smaller than advertised, so they were barely too small for the space for which they were intended. I kept one for a different area and returned the second one. The customer service I received was very good, but be aware you will be responsible for return shipping which can be very expensive. The wellness mats are very good quality and we are really enjoying the one we kept — helps so much with fatigue from long periods of standing. Highly recommend! Measure well and expect to receive a mat that is a little smaller or bigger than advertised as my customer service rep said that is common in the mat industry. Other than the size issue/return, we are very happy with our purchase and the experience with this company.

Excellent service and product. We needed an all weather rug for an area on our deck to cover a floor door to the basement . With the help of customer service our needs were met. Water hog rug protects the door and looks fabulous. Glad we found this company on the web.

Great product and great customer service!

I ordered two of the Waterhog in medium brown floor mats. I love them. We have had them for about a month now and it is dead winter here. We have had rain, snow and mud and really put them to the test. We have lots of dogs coming and going through the dog door constantly. These rugs make it so much nicer to keep the floor cleaner. They vacuum up very nicely, stay put, and keep the small rocks from marring up our cement stained floor. I also loved their prompt responses to my questions before ordering.

We ordered a 4x16” rug for our busy Home entryway. It is exactly what we were looking for. Took 2-3 weeks to arrive but was well worth the wait.

We purchased Matt's for our large shower after I slipped recently. Knowing I had a scheduled hip replacement I wanted to have a no slip surface. These mats are fantastic. No way will I ever slip in my shower again. Shipping was very fast too! We will be putting in all our showers and slippery areas. Thanks
