I called Mad Matter late last Thursday about getting 12 custom mats with our Logo, 11 4x6 and 1 6x8 for the ribbon cutting ceremony in our new plant the following Thursday. I stressed the fact that the Governor and other dignitaries (200+ guests) would be attending the event. We would also have various media at the event. I needed the mats delivered the day before on Wednesday. Ben the salesperson I spoke with assured me that they would get the mats to me on time. There was a delay at the factory and the mats were not going to be on time. Gary the president picked them up and drove the order 4 hours one way in his car to get them to me Wed night. The quality of the mats and the artwork were spot on. As for customer service, what they went through to deliver the product on time for our big event speaks for itself.

The Mad Matter shipped me the wrong color mat (red/black instead of solid red) but the box, invoice, etc all said 'solid red'. I sent a photo to the Mad Matter and Casey worked directly with the supplier to get the right mat for me. I will continue to buy my mats from Mad Matter and recommend them to all because of their great customer service.

I was sent the wrong color matt but Mad Matter said they would send the one I ordered. I ordered the matt on 3/26. Its now 4/30 and I have yet to recieve it

‘This company has no customer service. I called three times and no one was ever available to talk and no one ever called me back. Done and will never suggest using them.

We purchased custom sized long floor mats to protect our hardwood floors from our 2 large dogs running into the house. Great service from the start. Appears to be long-lasting quality. This is our second order because we were so pleased with the first!

Great mats fast delivery.

Not being sure what Matt to purchase for a residential application, I called Mad Matter and had “ live chat” conversations to determine the correct product. The recommendations were very good and allowed me to determine the right product. I am very happy with the appearance of the Matt that is situated at our main entry ( covered) door .
The price seemed reasonable for our purposes.
I highly recommend The Mad Matter!!

Great product but a significant delay in delivery without any communication. I had to email them two weeks after my order to tell them I had not yet received my mat. They then sent the order the following day.
