The website was clear and I found it easy to place my order. I was impressed with the personal, friendly service so many online stores forget to make the experience personal and friendly. The items arrived nicely packet and in environmentally conscious packaging which I was thrilled about. I ordered the char syrup, the hot chocolate powder and the edible cup sample( I haven't had a chance to sample this yet as I want to do so when others are around to have a taste too. the syrup and the hot chocolate powder I have sampled and both are absolutely delicious. I am looking forward to many cool nights in Winter sipping on a hot chocolate while curled up under a cosy blanket reading or watching TV. If you haven't tried, you must.:)
