Second order now and both have been spot on. Yes, it takes a little longer as it's not shipped from the UK, but the tracking updates were regular so I always knew where it was. Decent compared to price
Had an issue with the sizing and emailed expecting the usual runaround. Got a reply the same day from a lovely lady who sorted it all out, no fuss. . Thank you!
The customer service from Kay was excellent. Very helpful and understanding and dealt with my questions very nicely. You’re doing a great job :)
The jumper itself is fine, nothing to write home about. The packaging was a bit squashed and it smelt a bit plasticky out of the bag, but a wash sorted that. Customer service were very polite when I messaged. Bit middle of the road for me.
WARNING - VERY POOR RETURNS EXPERIENCE
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Maeve & Co.
I contacted them within the return period and clearly asked for the information needed to return my item for a full refund. Instead of providing the return details, they repeatedly pushed alternative options, including a replacement or partial refund.
When I later asked again for the return information, I was told the return window had expired and they refused to accept the return.
I find this completely unacceptable. I had clearly stated that I wanted to return the item, but the information required to actually do so was not provided when I requested it. They then used the expiry of the return period to refuse the return.
My advice: be very cautious when ordering and make sure you fully understand how returns are handled before paying. My experience has been extremely frustrating and I would not order from them again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry the returns process left you feeling this way.
We'd like to clarify how our returns work. As set out in our Refund Policy, our orders are fulfilled from our international fulfilment centre, which is also where returns are received. Because international postage can be costly, we always offer the option to keep the item with a partial refund. Alongside that, a full refund on return was offered to you throughout August, and we asked you to confirm which option you preferred so we could set the return up for you.
When your reply came after the 14-day return period had ended, we still reopened your case and settled it directly with you, and you kept the item.
We genuinely did our best to resolve this fairly for you, and we're sorry it didn't feel that way. If there's anything further we can help with, please contact us at support@maeveand.co.

Terrible experience. Clothes are clearly drop shipped and poor quality. Stitching completely wonky and seams all over the place. Items are paper thin. Customer service is a complete joke and borderline rude. Reluctant to offer you a full refund or return items. Do not buy from this website.

On the garment: you sent us photographs of the stitching and the seams, and you were right to. Those images have gone to our production team and that batch is now being reviewed. It isn't the standard we hold ourselves to and it shouldn't have reached you.
On the service: you shouldn't have had to ask more than once. Returns are available on every order included, and the way your request was handled didn't reflect that. That's on us, not on you.
I've written to you directly to put this right properly rather than leave it where it was. If anything is still outstanding, reply to that email or write to support@maeveand.co and it will come straight to me.
