Sorry to repeat what's already been said..I'm afraid the Maeve Aurelia Jewelry advertised on Instagram ( currently having a closing down sale) is a scam. Items purchased are supposedly shipped from China ( if at all ) definitely no refund. So could the 'real ' Maeve Aurelia contact Instagram and report before both your brand is ruined and any more customers ripped off

Website is a SCAM! AVOID!
I ordered from this site through facebook as it was being displayed as a closing down sale. It has been over 3 weeks now with no delivery (I live in the UK) and when I track the parcel it says it is arriving from China?! This is supposed to be a small independent business that makes their own jewellery. I’m really disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving the bits I ordered. I have tried reaching out to the company with no success. Please avoid buying from the company at ALL costs! I am now sadly out of pocket with no lovely jewellery to wear.

SCAM company - Do not buy from them
I bought a silver ring with gold threads from what l now believe is a scam ad on instagram😡 Im in the UK and the ring arrived today from China and it is a very bad and cheep ring not looking anything like the one on your website. It looks like something you'd pay £1 for at a cheep market stall. I paid £22 and am of course lm extreamly disappointed. To get a refund it says on your website that first you take 15% of the price in "re-stocking fee" what ever that is and l have to send it back to Asia at my expense! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Really pleased with the service. I was querying the delivery of an item as I was wanting it next day. I received an email back almost straight away and the person was really helpful. Once placed my order was shipped straight away and I received next day as promised. The necklace I ordered came in a lovely gift box and was packaged lovely. The necklace was better than expected. The jewelleries I bought were amazing!! I never usually leave reviews but this one is just too good to ignore. I’ve been wearing them in the shower for a while now and they’re good as new unlike when I buy jewelleries from high street shops they usually only last 1-2 weeks. They have fast shipping as well and were very helpful when I had a problem changing my delivery address! Highly recommended! and I will gladly buy more😍
