I've been buying Maggie's cotton crew socks for at least 20 years. I recently purchased a set of 3 pair and were really disappointed. The first day of wearing a pair I was continually pulling them up. It felt like I was wearing a pair xxlarge. I still have a few pairs that I bought a couple of years ago and they are still snug and comfortable. What happened? Are they using cheaper materials? I've returned this set of 3 pair and they are going to send me another set. If the results are the same , I won't be buying any more of these crew socks.

My most recent purchase of Maggie's footie sock has been very disappointing. These socks are expensive, but the quality has declined. All of the newer footies have a problem with the elastic around the ankle which stretched out making them fall off the heel of the foot when walking. I have several older pairs that are starting to get holes in them from wear, but the ankle elastic is still good, so I think this has something to do with newer produced ones.

Worn looking and the elastic was stretched out after one washing. A waste of $10 for a pair of socks!

Products are great but only offering two colors in a size XL in their core basic sock is a major miss. Because the size in any colors except natural and black do not sell as well, they decided not to produce any quantity in that size. If you have small to average feet, it’s a great product. If you are a size 12 or up, it’s pretty limited.

Didn’t feel like there was any interest in meeting customer interest in sizing for core products.

I order four paid of socks on Dec. 10....lost in mail I guess....asked for refund December 23....it is January 5 and no refund...they said it would take 14 work days....I find them difficult to believe....not on Better Business website....I can can why they would avoid it....if you order one for a gift, it may be out of stock, but you are not told, and not given an opportunity to choose another, just had my money refunded without information or notification...a complete disaster of an order...they maybe good socks,
....but Iwill never know....

I have had their socks for 6 YEARS, same two pairs. If you want a great gift for someone who likes thick socks, they have a ton of options. The color has faded but there are no holes, I'm surprised, you can really tell these are made to last. I have their neck scarf infinity as well and it is good quality stitching, which I hold to high importance in my pieces when buying new. I purchased in a store who was selling Maggie's socks, my partner loved his pair of socks as well. Definitely worth the investment in a good company, which is hard to find in this fast fashion world.

I’ve been buying organic socks and clothing from Maggie’s for decades. They were one of the first companies to offer organic cotton and ethically produced products. When we look into the shadow of the clothing industry - the huge amount of pesticides on cotton that destroys the soil, birds and harms people in countries where cotton is grown...then the sweatshops where mostly women are not paid well and treated poorly - we can see that each article of clothing worn is either agreement with these practices, or a step towards climate repair and social justice. I choose the latter.
