My kids found the teaching not challenging enough. I wasn’t there to give an objective review but judging from the materials my kid took home - it was pre-school level, not year 2 level. My kid called it boring, baby level and does not want to attend this club anymore.

We love maths club, it’s a whole experience while learning.

Math’s club. She really enjoys fun games where she learns along her friends.

My 8 year old son is really enjoying Magical maths club! He is excited to go to school on a Wednesday because he knows he has this club and comes home and tells us all about it (Last week they were detectives and this week Magicians) He also seems to be getting some stretch which is great as he is really capable and loves a challenge or a puzzle. Thank you Magical Maths!

My children are in year 3 and Reception.
They have only attended one session so far, but it was a really positive experience. They loved how interactive it was, which made it enjoyable rather than boring. They both came out happy and are looking forward to going back!

My son has always struggled with numbers and maths in general. He didn’t want to go when the classes first started last year but this year all his friends were going, so he decided he would give it a try. He absolutely LOVED it. He now enjoys maths. He doesn’t get flustered when he has maths homework. His confidence has increased so much even though he missed a few sessions. I cannot recommend the course enough.

I adore magical maths I go every Tuesday and it very fun maths themed things. With heads or tails, maths olympics, around the world and much more !

My children have both really enjoyed Magical Maths. My daughter joined first and my son soon wanted to join too. They loved Professor Poopenshtinken and the fun, game-based approach to learning. It’s a great way to build confidence with numbers, and the online access outside of class is a bonus too. Highly recommend.

Excellent content in the maths sessions and I feel it's really brought my daughter's math skills forward. The additional tools and support to use at home are brilliant

My year 4 daughter always struggled with math however she really enjoyed doing magic maths as it was a fun way and she learn a lot in the 10 weeks always come home happy

My twins attend Magical maths they only have good things to say each week and have truly enjoyed and learnt a lot , they cannot wait to resume next term , Thank you so much to the magical team at st Vincent’s school!

My son loves this club! He comes back and shoots magical questions to us and explains how he solves them. Loads of fun!

My 7yr old has really enjoyed the club which has been running at her school for a few weeks. She did a division sum in her head last week, and told me about the bus stop method.

I asked where she had learned this and she told me it was at Magical Maths. I asked what she thought of the club. She said "Normally, maths at school is quite boring and I don't enjoy it. But at Magical Maths, they make maths so fun, I love it! It's amazing."

She has become quite disillusioned in Year 3 at how boring school can be sometimes (not like the experiential play in Year R and Year 1).

My 5 year old son really enjoys going to Magical Maths at Sturry Primary School and loves showing us what he's learnt that week.
It's also really helpful to have a club he's enthusiastic about straight after school without any extra travel.
Looking forward to seeing what he shows us after the club this week.
