Ordered in May. In stock on website. Waited a week, nothing. Emailed. Reply was 'out of stock'. I requested a refund and as of 23rd July I have received nothing. I have emailed 10 times and still no refund. DO NOT USE

We ordered 4 bottles at the beginning of June and had got confirmation on 24 June that the order was being processed but nothing else.
I was a lil worried when I checked out Magic Drinks so I sent an email to him on Monday & got a reply back yesterday that the order was going to be delivered today, which it was.
So big thanks to John & although the service was a bit slow we’re very happy with the response to our communication & the delivery of the items.
We can confirm this company is legit.

There was no description of how long delivery would be or what to expect. Bottles of wine were apparently damaged in transit by UPS. Not Magic Drinks' fault, I thought. However, I am still chasing for a refund after a few weeks. I am now having to go to the credit card company to force the issue. Terrible service and I would never touch them again.

Fantastic company. John went above and beyond to provide what we needed and was delivered very quickly as a huge favour. We won’t use another company again!

Placed an order over a month ago. No response to enquiries chasing up the order. Extremely poor/no service.

Avoid at all costs

Wish that it was possible to put 0 stars as a review of my experience. I have been waiting a full week for my order and have had no information as to when or if my order will ever arrive. When ordering I was charged £11.99 for delivery (which is more than I’ve ever had to pay when ordering online) and there has been zero communication regarding the order apart from order confirmation. I have been in touch with staff members multiple times to ask what’s happening with my order and I keep being told “we’ll look into it and let you know” but no one ever lets me know and when I attempt to follow up on things myself I repeatedly keep being ignored. Very bad experience will be sure to tell friends and family to never order through magic drinks.

Placed an order on the 3rd August, had to chase for updates when no delivery was made. I understand waiting on stock but no communication to advise of this after a month I requested a refund to date still not received and have had to make a claim through my bank. Should not advertise stock they do not have or take payment for an order they cannot forfil.

I recently placed an order as we were hosting my husbands birthday party. I could not find Hoxxoh champagne anywhere apart from Magic Drinks. I phoned up the number provided in the website and a lovely and friendly man (who is the business owner) picked up the phone in a very friendly and professional manner. Great service as goods delivered on time!!! Thank you Magic drinks for making my experience magical :)
