I guess it’s a scam now. Ordered years ago and it was great. Now they took my money and gave me a shipping label but haven’t shipped it yet. It’s been over 10 days, no response when emailed.
Do not ordered from this site, Total Scam and fraudulent. Ordered a product online Apr. 4, 2026, E-transfer accepted same day. Canada Post tracking number created Apr. 7, 2026. No change to Canada Post tracking info, but Magicmushies.to status said completed. Sent email Apr. 23, 2026. As of Apr. 27, 2026 all my ordering history with this company has been deleted. Tried their "Contact Us" link and page not found.
**UPDATE**
I finally received my order today, almost a month later. Ive had to email them literally every single day, and basically harass them into giving me my stuff. I have zero doubt that if I was not insistant, my order would not have been delivered.
I used to really like this company, their products and prices are good, but their communication and customer service is now virtually non existent. Even with their seldom replies, all I got was 1 sentence every 10 days, no sign off. No apology. Just promising an update at can post that kept not happening. It was like pulling teeth getting my stuff feom these guys. I will never again order from here, it just is not worth the headache and anxiety they cause.
Unresponsive to customers. Created shipping label and nothing else happened. Will change rating when if they reply.
Ive used them in the past and they were great, idk whats happening now.
