When you receive the item expect flimsy very poor quality, does no shape or hold anything! It's absolutely the worst shape wear I've ever purchased!

Dreadful quality imitation support garment from China. Almost no elastane so offers no support/control. Complete scam. Avoid.

The item was small so needed a full refund i got offered 30% back if i chose to keep it but why would i keep it if it dosnt fit or keep it and choose a bogget size and send them more money they are making it impossible to get your money back not cheap either for what it is terribe will advice not to touch this company its a headache

Purchased an item that didn't fit, contacted customer services who were very helpful. They resolved the issue for me. The quality of the items is very good, just check the sizes prior to purchase.

sizing is minute would fit a six yr old cannot return either as adress is invalid - do not waste yr money

Fabulous.. delivery was a lot quicker than expected and exactly as ordered. I wore it under a light dress for my sons wedding I had it on all day/night and it was the most comfortable item. It did everything it said it would.. so glad I chose this and would def recommend.

I was counting on these for a wedding I was going to. The sizing is ridiculous! As a 12-14 I ordered a medium and I’m pretty sure it would fit my 9 year old! Not cheap either! Having read the reviews…funny I couldn’t see anything but good reviews when I was buying! I won’t even bother trying to return..expensive lesson learnt. Also very misleading to call itself UK when it’s based in China, had I known this I would not have ordered them as they are renowned for being small sizes. Also not great quality. Pity can’t give it a zero rating!

This company looks like it is UK based but actually is in China, so returning is so difficult and expensive. They send lots of emails to make the returns process challenging by giving ridiculous incentives for you to not return. The fabric is not great quality and the shape wear does nothing! Really don’t buy

I think they do not allow bad rewies on their website!!!!
Their shapewear are rubbish I got a xl and it's suffocationg their sizing are bad. You still get a bump on the tummy and their refund policy does not exist I have two emails from them trying to confuse me all I asked was for a refund.

I got a feeling they are using good reviews and "sale" prices to draw customers.

Avoid this site! Their email states MagicShaper.co.uk but they are based in China (is this allowed)? and if you need a refund you will have to send the item back to China tracked which is more than the item!!! They know this so ask for more money to send you the correct size and you keep the original which in my case was a size M which I thought was for medium and I could just about get it over my head!!! They also offer to send you just 30% of the cost if you want a refund so you are left being out of pocket with a garment you can’t wear!!! The garment I ordered was of poor quality with no gusset…. In all this has been an experience I would not want anyone else to experience hence my review!

I purchased the waist trainer with two compression straps on June 15, 2024. It took several weeks to arrive, but when it did, I discovered that the zipper was missing and the material was low-quality and thin, making it unusable. It was a complete disappointment. Furthermore, the company falsely claims to be based in the UK when it is actually located in China. I would advise against wasting your money on this product. Absolute garbage.

The product was fine, but didn’t offer me enough chest support. My main issue was with the return - not a transparent process. UK in the company name, UK website, but was asked to pay tracked shipping to China for a return.

Very poor quality. It took too long to deliver, then I realized it’s coming from China. It’s a waste of money. I will NOT recommend.

Even though haven't received my item yet as it's been a week I will NOT be buying from this company again. Why does it say UK when it's coming from China? I wish I read the reviews 1st as they are very deceptive. Having bought it a week ago and still has not arrived thinking you bought it from your own country is not good. And I ordered a small so I bet it will fit my 6-year-old daughter and not me. Which means I will have to look for another underwear-slimming garment. Please read reviews before buying from this company.

These really are amaz’g, they streamline me and give me a waist and slim my hips, bum and tum. To top it all off, it is super comfortable!!
