I actually really liked the first 2 books I had ordered through my monthly subscription. They were for my grandson. the likeness of the character looked so much like my grandson & that was what made these books so special to me . Unfortunately my 3rd book was the exact opposite! in this book they changed his hair color to red & his face now looked nothing like the character I had approved for the book. I contacted the company via email, explained the issue & sent pictures hoping they would redo the book considering the changes they made were not made by me but someone in their company. I heard back and was told that they were unable to reprint the book??? but offered me a 50% off a future book. They blamed me for making the changes to the character. Yes I changed his age since babies can’t play baseball & that was the theme of the book I selected for this month. But when u change the character before u order the book it shows u what the character will look like & i was very happy with the new character. So when i opened the book I couldn’t believe what the character looked like he was completely changed , he now had RED hair,& his face looked nothing like the character I helped create & approved. Unfortunately i was extremely disappointed in their inability to reprint the book using the character I approved . I have now cancelled my
monthly subscription as a very disappointed customer.

All I can say is love love love I will be ordering more I do have lots of grandbabies. Thank you 😊

Very disappointed with this subscription service. Customer support is extremely difficult to deal with—there’s no phone number, and communication is only through email, where responses are vague and avoid answering direct questions.

To make matters worse, I received the exact same book for both January and February. Sending duplicate books in consecutive months is completely unacceptable for a paid subscription.

I also requested a list of the books that have been shipped to me and never received a clear response.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I am not satisfied and have canceled my subscription.

I am beyond disappointed. This book was supposed to be a very special birthday gift and keepsake for my grandson, something our family could treasure for years. Instead, it was heartbreaking and embarrassing to watch it literally start falling apart while family was looking through it at his birthday party.
This was already a replacement for the first defective book, and this one has the exact same issue. The pages were barely attached and were ripping every time someone turned them. That should never happen with a brand-new book, especially one meant to be a keepsake.
What makes this even worse is being told that these books are not even checked before being sent out. That is completely unacceptable. No customer should receive one defective product, let alone a replacement with the same problem.
This was supposed to be a meaningful gift for my grandson, and instead it turned into a huge disappointment. The quality is poor, fragile, and absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend

It's a very cute book and my kids definitely love it but it would be just a little bit better if maybe his name was mentioned a little bit more or maybe if you ask a characteristic about him or something that he would like could be incorporated or possibly the topic of the story also if things like family members will be incorporated that would be even more amazing but overall it is good it could also maybe be a little bit more understandable to the younger generation because it's more so for a little bit older kids like ones who can read not necessarily ones that you're going to be reading the stories to

Easy to navigate, a good amount of books to select from and the option to preview your hero was a plus.

The ease of use of this site was amazing, as well as the likeness of our son’s look ! I also love the quality of the book in itself even though we haven’t received it yet! He just turned one so this is going to be an amazing read for us!

Great experience ! Only one problem . When making an attempt to add my phone number for new books and discounts notifications, it stated my number was invalid .

The book is beautiful but they put my name instead of my granddaughters name wrong! They put my name ( Patricia)instead of Ella!

My great grand love your books. They absolutely get so excited when they see their name in the book. My only hope is that you would put siblings and pets. I have to keep changing the names and photos because I have 59 great grands.

This book is a great investment for my grandchild to have something very special of their own. I love it looks just looks like my gbaby too
