DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They sold out to Cerv. They came by to treat for red ants and it didn't work. They told me that it would, and my dog was attacked by ants. She was full of bites and miserable for the last month, it was so bad that Benadryl didn't help. She is now missing fur on multiple parts of her body because of it. I called on a Saturday to let them know and they told me they couldn't come again until Wednesday. I asked for a manager to call me, they said they would on Monday, but I never recieved a call. On Wednesday they texted and said they couldn't come until the following week. The following week they texted and said they had to once again push me to the next week. I had to "throw a fit" to get them to come out. Since this new company Cerv is subpar in every way, I asked to cancel. They told me no, that I'd have to wait until the end of the year or pay $250.00. I told them my contract was with Magna and there was no assignment clause in the contract. So they told me they "re-branded", yeah, they sold Magna to Cerv and are calling it re-branding. Cerv has been around since 2020 so, Magna didn't "re-brand". Don't contract with them, their services are subpar and they will %$&* you in the end.

Had appointment today. Was told time was 11-1. Waited till 1:45pm no one came. Tried calling number but it’s not in service. Sent text no response. My time should be valuable. A phone call would have been appreciated. Very unprofessional

This review is for Rich with Magna Pest/Charleston SC. He always does a great job and keeps me informed of what service will be and has been provided as well as any issues he sees might be a problem in the future. He is also very friendly and I appreciate his work. Thank you, RIch!

We had the pleasure of having Mary Johnston service our home today. She was thorough and explained the services she was performing.

I paid $250 today just to discontinue my service on top of what I have paid so far each months.
That’s ridiculous. Thats my bad. I should have read the term and conditions when signing up.
But anyone who’s reading this should be aware that they will get charged if they decided to discontinue their service.
