I do know MagnetRx to this day have the best bracelets hands up and they are serious about customer satisfaction and I will order again. The bracelet is not spaced out on a string and has sum weight on it.

Good quality but very small in diameter not suitable for large wrists

The bracelet didn’t fix everything overnight, but it made a real difference.

I was encouraged by my brother-in-law, who is a Podiatrist, to try Magnet Rx Spot Kit for my knee pain. I did. I actually ordered 2 kits and their insoles for my neuropathy. When I first received the product, I immediately placed them on my knee. The next day I removed then to clean them as instructed and got two of the magnets too close and they snapped together so hard that one magnet broke. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement kit within 3 days. Their customer support was incredible. I can’t wait to see how they work, but just by their customer support alone, I recommend them.

My neck had been stiff for several months. A friend gifted me a set of the Magnetic Kit. The relief seemed to happen in minutes. I had contacted Customer Service (CS) several times with product questions prior to ordering them for my friends. Responses were quick (most times within minutes) and reps were friends, and very knowledgeable. There was a slight defect in one of the magnets. CS issued me a return immediately. I definitely recommend purchasing the Magnetic Kit!

Bracelet broke after only 2 days.

Run away they are thieves!!!!!!!
I command for 300€. They write me: they can't send it in Paris and don't give me my money back.

Purchased a copper bracelet from this company not long ago and all of the magnets are falling out from inside the band. Very disappointing. Cheap product lacking quality.

The removal of the Pin to adjust the bracelet is an idiotic design that requires a jeweler maginfying glass - because the tool breaks with the slightest mis-alignment.

'Designed in the USA' - how embarassing.
